About Casa Re di Roma apartment

This 70m2 apartment, located a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum, offers 3 bright and cozy double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony. Each bedroom has a private bathroom en-suite.

The bedrooms are colourfully decorated in purple, green and yellow. The dining table seats up to 6 people and the pantry is equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, salt and olive oil. Upon arrival, you will find a bottle of local wine and regional complimentary products.

We loved Casa Rubino and its location away from touristic attractions. We got to live like the Romans in their neighbourhood. The apartment is perfect, modern, clean and well equiped. Irina, the owner is very nice and helpful. We would go back anytime

Buenos dias a todos. Felicitamos a la propietaria de casa Rubino por su excelente trato y su casa extraordinaria. Recomendamos esta casa a todos aquellos que busquen una alojamiento en una zona tranquila con servicios: Farmacia, supermercado etc y muy bien comunicada con todos los principales monumentos, el autobus en la misma calle ...y la boca de metro esta a pocos metros. Si no teneis el romapass por 1 euro y unos pocos minutos llegareis al centro y con el romapass, lo amortizais seguro. Llegar a casarubino desde cualquiera de los dos aeropuertos es facil. La casa esta muy bien equipada y limpia. Habitaciones grandes todas con baño en cada una de ellas, camas grandes y comodas. Un saludo a todos.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Rubino fue maravillosa. El apartamento es ideal para descansar después de un día de visita a una de las más bonitas ciudades del mundo. Está muy bien situado, con parada de autobús y metro muy cerca. El trato recibido no puede ser mejor, Irina nos solucinó todo, incluso el translado del aeropuerto al apartamento, es muy cómodo. Le recomendamos el apartamento a todo el que quiera ir a visitar Roma, sobretodo si es un grupo. Ahora ya no tenéis excusas, venga, todo el mundo a Roma!!!

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 150 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 12:00 to 16:00

Check-out: Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 2 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
