This lovely loft enjoys a wonderful position in the very heart of Rome: you can live surrounded by the most famous treasures of the Eternal City, as the Pantheon (200 mt), Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Montecitorio and Trevi Fountain, all at walking distance from the apartment.

The layout is well organized: an open space with a second level upstairs, perfect option for a couple and good solution also for accomodating 4 persons.

The modern fornitures and the white colour of the ambient create a relaxing, elegant atmosphere: every detail is sophisticated. Features lovely white beamed wooden ceilings, hard-wood floors and all the amenities you should need for an unforgettable stay in Rome.

You find a large, brighr space with dining table, beautiful open kitchen totally furnished and a comfortable queen size bed. Through a stair, you reach the the second double bed (french size 140 cm) with a wide closet. The bathroom is very modern with a beautiful shower.

Campo dei Fiori, the heart of Rome, one of the most known areas in the city, is the one that stick to your mind, where a magical dimension opens up. The extraordinary character of a place like this bases on the simplicity with what daily life mixes up with the most antique and imposing art.

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit:
- No deposit is required for this apartment.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 12:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out: Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 2 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
