Located in a residential building in a quiet street next to the Vatican area, this 1 bedroom apartment is really functional and totally equipped with all the amenities you might need. It features 1 bedroom with either queen-size bed or 2 single beds, a living-room with sofa and LCD TV, a modern kitchen and 1 private bathroom.

    Appiano Classic 3 apartment
    Apartment very nice and clean, the room provides everything you need to stay with a very large terrace, kitchen with utensils ... clean bathroom and good size. Perfect service, because we focused on Rome very well, providing us with maps, directions, restaurants, reservations for visitors wanted to do ... really good care and this respects a 10!! All I can say negative about this hotel is the location as it is in a not very pretty neighborhood, 750 meters from the metro (bus stop is very close, but is much easier to get around Rome by metro ) may not seem far away, but when you've spent the day walking ... another aspect a bit negative is that you leave the room at 10 am. anyway if you have trouble with luggage no problem to leave them at the hotel ...

      Kate and Sam made our visit to Rome one we will never forget. Myself and my partner where met my the couple and they helped us gather a full itenerary for our stay. They went out of their way more than once to help us and give us advice. Without them we wouldn't have seen half of what we did see. The apartment was fabulous. Very modern and stylish and the shower alone was a delightful, powerful, hot blast every morning!! The presses were filled to capacity with all the essential utilities needed to dine in. All in all a wonderful stay! Sam and Kate, thank you very much and we wish you all the best for the future! x

    Located in Via dei Laterizi, Appiano apartments offers quiet neighborhood while still being close to Rome very centre and linked by metro or buses to Rome's most beautiful treasures. Indeed famous landmark such as St Peter's church, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese or Piazza del Popolo are easily reachable from the Appiano metro stop (10 minutes walk from the apartments) or bus stop (100 metres from the apartments). The Vatican city is just 1 metro-stop away, you can visit there the Vaticans Museums and their beautiful collection, St Peter's square and its obelisk and of course the monumental St Peter's Basilica.
