Located in a residential building in a quiet street next to the Vatican area, this 1 bedroom apartment is really functional and totally equipped with all the amenities you might need. It features 1 bedroom with either queen-size bed or 2 single beds, a living-room with sofa and LCD TV, a modern kitchen and 1 private bathroom.

From 1 of January 2011 a Rome City Tourist Tax will be applied to all guests – this tax costs 2 Euro per person per night and must be paid upon departure.

- Deposit: A deposit of 15% is automatically charged to your credit card. The balance is payable on arrival cash or credit card.

Lovely contemporary serviced accommodation. Complex is only a few years old and very well maintained. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, with easy access to Metro, with about 4 stops to key tourist areas of Rome (Spanish Steps, etc). Located close to Vatican and lovely residential and shopping area around The Vatican. Not as manic or hectic as downtown Rome, so very peaceful at night. The location is not touristy, so shopping at the supermarket (10 min walk) and other shops, it is all locals. The owners are aussie and so helpful and hospitable with information and assistance plus speak Italian! Will definitely stay again, next time!

Imagine a mansion in Rome with a courtyard and fountain, which give each room in a quiet area but very close to the center. Perfect, no? I no longer go anywhere else than this in Rome, by the kindness of treatment, by location (15 'on center with a bus from the street to the Metro Pza Popolo and also very close) but with the advantages of a neighborhood "normal", restaurants and shops are affordable and great service. The tranquility of "Cortillas," the source with turtles, cooking, decor, everything is designed to provide the convenience of being at home. My son could play in the door and into the yard without fear of traffic, something unthinkable in Rome. A charming experience of truth.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 19:00
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
