    Location of this apartment in Madrid

    San Vicente Ferrer Street is one of the most important in the Gran Via district. The area where the apartment is located is becoming a district that could be compared to the Soho area in London. It runs parallel to Palma Street, from Calle Fuencarral to Calle de Amaniel (Metros Tribunal or Noviciado). The name comes from  a shrine which was dedicated to Saint Valenciano.

    Such an old and long street full of history has acumulated over the years and can be seen in its old buildings of different styles.
