Gran Vía 3B Apartment is a newly renovated apartment located in Gran Vía Area just 50 meters from Gran Vía Street and 400 meters from Puerta del Sol. The apartment features 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment features high quality fittings where design and fine materials go together and is perfect for couples or friends, vacation/holiday or business stays. Internet connection at no extra cost.

The apartment is located in a small quiet street in a dynamic area, situated next to Gran Via and in easy reach of restaurants and bars in the centre of the Gran Via area.

Crossing Gran Via and Calle de Alcalá, you'll get to Plaza del Cibeles. Located on the intersection of Calle de Alcalá with Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo del Prado, distinct fue to its central fountain built i 1782 (Cibeles fountain) and for the four representative buildings; Buenavista Palace (Army base), Linares Palace (America House), Commications Palace (home to Madrid's Mayor) and Bank of Spain. Following Calle de Alcalá you'll find another symbol of the city, Puerta de Alcalá, which owes its name to Alcalá de Henares who took this way to the city. From Plaza de Cibeles, following Paseo del Prado towards the south some 10 minutes, you'll reach the Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Royal Botanic Garden.

To the south east of Madrid de los Austrias: just 800 metres from 'Zero Kilometre' (the centre of Madrid and Spain), located in Puerta del Sol, whilst the Royal Palace & the Almudena Cathedral are less than 1 kilomentre from the apartment, just 20 minutes walk away.

Séjour très agréable. Merci à Augustino pour son accueil. L\'appartement est tel que décrit sur le site. Nous l\'avons trouvé propre, calme et très fonctionnel pour deux. Petit bémol : l\'absence de matériel pour un petit nettoyage quotidien (balai, pelle, éponge...). Nous renouvellerons très sûrement une réservation avec Habitat.

+ la posizione centrale e la vicinanza con la metro. - Piuttosto rumoroso la notte. Area particolarmente frequentata da prostitute e travestiti. Fanno firmare un contratto in cui, tra l'altro, si parla di responsabilità su eventuali oggetti rotti o mancanti, ma non esiste un inventario. Abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti in quanto la macchinetta per registrare la carta di credito era - hanno detto - rotta.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Advance payment:
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 12:00
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
