- A 60 euro extra charge will be required on arrival (not included in rent price) to cover final cleaning/laundry fees.
- If you arrive between 8pm and midnight there is an extra fee of 30 euro for late-check in.
- If you arrive after midnight there is an extra fee of 50 euro for late-check in.
- For early check-out between 7am and 9am there is an extra cost of 30 euro. After 9am there is no extra cost. It is also possible to check out between midnight and 7am at an extra cost of 50 euros.

Location of this apartment in Madrid
La Latina occupies the place of the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, with narrow streets and large squares. Next to the apartment, The Church of San Andrés or St. Andrew is a Roman Catholic temple located in the plaza of the same name.
On Sundays and major holidays, the Rastro flea-market begins on the eastern edge of La Latina, spilling out of the San Millan exit of the La Latina metro stop to the Plaza de Cascorro all the way to the Ronda de Toledo to the south.
Plaza de la Paja is another interesting and entertaining spot of this neighborhood.
