The kitchen is open, with a small bar separating the dining room, very comfortable making meals. The living room opens on a lovely balcony to the street. A family or a group will enjoy here an excellent stay.

Not included in the price:

- A 60 euro extra charge will be required on arrival (not included in rent price) to cover final cleaning/laundry fees.
- If you arrive between 8pm and midnight there is an extra fee of 30 euro for late-check in.
- If you arrive after midnight there is an extra fee of 50 euro for late-check in.
- For early check-out between 7am and 9am there is an extra cost of 30 euro. After 9am there is no extra cost. It is also possible to check out between midnight and 7am at an extra cost of 50 euros.
