The apartment is located in a classic building recently renovated, equipped with an elevator. It features a lovely balcony with great view to the street.

This is an exterior and bright apartment of 50 m2, newly furnished with modern and functional furniture.

The bedroom has one double bed. The lounge has one twin sofa bed a dining table for four and a LCD TV 32 ". The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 24.03% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out : Before 12:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 12:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Location of this apartment in Madrid

The Lavapies district is situated in the center of Madrid and is probably one of the city's most ancient areas, sign of this are the old buildings with the carnations in the balconies, a tradition inhereted from the Arabs,or the narrow and twisted streets so typical in European cities.
Because it's a traditional "barrio" of Madrid, many older people live here, but from a few years on and due to the recent phenomenon of inmigration in Europe, Lavapiés has become home for thousands of people from all over the globe. It's Madrid's most cosmopolitan district.
