This is a large apartment to share with friends and family as it holds up to 11 people, with a great location in the heart of Madrid.

Location of this apartment in Madrid

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, near Puerta del Sol and Gran Via street. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the famous Chueca district, surrounded by designer boutiques, tapas bars and shops.

In 15 minutes walk you can be in the Parque del Retiro, Puerta de Alcala, Paseo del Prado, with its world famous museums like the Prado and the Thyssen Museum.

From the beginning, malls, designer stores and movie theaters opened their doors here. Today it is well known as the Broadway of Madrid due to the large number of cinemas and theaters.

It is a very nice apartment with a very good location.We were 8 persons so it was very nice with a large sitting/dining room. In one of the bathrooms (the one with the corner shower) it was very difficult to adjust the correct temperature of the water. Everything else worked just fine, but we could have used a lot more towel racks. / Habitat Apartments: Thank you very much for your suggestions which we will take into account. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It´s a big place that all Chd liked. I think that you need to change the coffee machine. It´s not working good. // Habitat Apartment : Thank you for this recommandation.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 19.80% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 15:00
- For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.
