      Wonderful apartment in great location. Only slightly let down by quality and quantity of fittings. Couldnt have dinner for 6 people as there arent enough (outside) seats or wine glssses. Inventory needs updating and interior furniture needs to be of a higher standard for the weekly rental price. Dont expect broken/ikea furniture and leaking bathroom ceiling at this price. Although I have to say that none of that spoilt our holiday!

      Het appartement was geweldig, een mooi uitzicht over het strand, paar kleine mankementen hier en daar (kapotte prullenbak en tuinstoelen ), maar zeker een aanrader, wij komen zeker een keer terug, bedankt.

      Schönes Apartment in guter Strandlage. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bus ins Zentrum hält 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind gut. Eine Schiebetür zur Küche war etwas widerspenstig und die Fenster waren nicht 100%ig dicht (ist aber normale spanische Bauqualität). Betten waren gut. Super Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer. Großer Balkon... Insgesamt ein gutes Apartment... Ich würde das Apartment wieder mieten.

      Loved the apartment. Few small repair jobs necessary, socket at side of bed in master bedroom needs to be fixed to wall. En suite door and door of master bedroom do not close. A great kitchen to work in but a shame it is lacking in some necessary utensils, e.g. large chopping board, non stick large pan (the present one useless), some more oven dishes and glasses. A better wine opener would also be welcome. We had a very pleasant stay and were pleased with how Valerie dealt with our very late arrival (which was beyond our control). Thank you.

      The apartment is great: Classy furniture, good location, top sea view and stylish. A couple of things weren\'t working so well in the bathrooms, but all the problems were taken care off immediately by the habitat staff.

      Excellent Appartement which deserves the name \"Vista Apartment\": what a view ! Some details however need to be corrected for the next visitors: - bread rooster did not function properly - one chair on the deck was damaged when we arrived - the door in the shower needs to be fixed We informed the owner in order to fix these issues.       Basically a very nice apartment, some small maintenance issues but nothing major - e.g. one of the two showers didn't have a glass door on it's hinges. The beach directly in front is nudist, but the non nudist is only a minute or two more walk away. Poble Neu area, the streets seemed a little on the smelly / dirty side. Air con worked very well in all rooms, if a little noisy. Supermarket very close by - about 5 minutes walk. El portero was very helpful in sorting a 6 seater taxi.

      One point made by the ladies present was the kitchen utensils were not very good, not many dishes to cook in (one small casserole dish) and taking into account the apartment was for six guests it wasn't enough. Also there was only one wine glass between 6, no doubt there were more to start with but over time they have not been replaced. Though I make these observations I will add we really enjoyed our stay at Vista. Regards.

      Great apartment - great views, excellent neighborhood w/ local feeling but easy access to center of town. habitat's service was great. Apartment had some issues w/ shower and floor and could use a few more little things in the kitchen, but overall was great.

      Thank you for your email. The apartment was excellent. Often apartments are not as good as the photographs shown. This was not the case with Vista. We all stated it was BETTER THAN THE PHOTOGRAPHS SHOWN ON THE WEB SITE.

      I would repeat the apartment , its quality, and the position was first class. Also I would add that the the communication when booking the apartment was excellent so congratulations to your staff. I look forward to contacting you again.

    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    The Vista apartment is located in the area of Poble Nou / Diagonal Mar, which is a residential and new area of the city just 5 minutes from the sea, near Vila Olimpica and Mar Bella, one of the Barcelona’s best beaches.

    The apartment is close to the pedestrian area of Rambla de Poble Nou which is a has a local friendly atmosphere with many trees and café bars.

    Las Ramblas and the city centre is 10 minutes away by metro (Poble Nou, Line 4 is near the apartment) or you can take a relaxing stroll down the sea front past Vila Olimpica until Barceloneta beach or the old port (Port Vell). It is an area where you’ll experience a local and catalan atmosphere next to the city and the beach.

    One of Barcelona’s best restaurants, Els Pescadors (Prim Square, 1), which serves fish is a must if you’d like to indulge in some good sea food.

    The Poble Nou area is one of the neighbourhoods which has changed most in the last years in Barcelona. It has had an interesting evolution which in less than a century has passed from being an industrial area to be competely modern with the Forum (which housed an exhibition about global warming and ethical living) and Vila Olimpica (an area built for the 1992 Olympic Games).
