Stayed 1 week in winter.In the beginning some small remarks with regards to cleaning, but otherwise a very nice stay.Barcelona is worth visiting.So many things to see and the spirit is different as any other city.Location of the apartments is quite fine. Walking distances to a lot of places.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is very suitable for 2. Big advantage for us, that it is so close to the Barcelona Nord bus station. Close to old town too. Living room would need some little refreshment but it didn\'t bother us and we enjoyed our stay totally.

the apartment was well located and set up with the basic requirements. we were sleeping on the pull out sofa which was adequate but not super confortable. the area has good public transport and you can walk into the centre of Barcelona

Nice flat, quiet friendly area, easy to find, good supermarkets and a bakery in the street. We took Barcelona by foot. From the flat 15 min to the Rambla, 15 min to Parc Cituadella and 40 min to the beach. Nice walks and easy to find.

Lovely apartment in great location! Air conditioning didn't seem to be working and no bottle opener but apart from that we had a great time in Barcelona, will be sure to reccommend habitat apartments! This is a lovely apartment, in a good, safe location. Metro, Cafes and mini-supermarkets nearby. We only ate breakfast in but the apartment was well-equipped for self-catering. Recommend El Born district for eating and even strolling around. Il Fantasia waterpark is 30min train ride from arc de Triomf - our kids age 6 & 8 enjoyed it. Kids loved the beach and plenty of places to eat - near the 'Fish' Sculpture( Metro Marina ). Happily recommend Habitat apartments and have already done so to family members!

Hi, I was very pleased with the flat. Bit away from what I was looking to do but good location anyway. General state is very good and few mark on the wall, but you can expect it from rental flat. I def tell you to book your flat from this agency. I said that I was not going to hire the same flat as I want to try another loctaion next time. that is all! I did not have to require service from Habitat but they were very prompt with email reply. Many thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was clean and conveniently located for the metro and sightseeing. The man that met us at the apartment was extremely helpful, his English was good and he took the time to help us with directions and advice.There was a good folder in the apartment with useful information. We will definitely be visiting again and will book and recommend Habitat to our friends. The website is also very user friendly and you can navigate easily to find directions.

The Appartement was really nice. everything worked quite well. The service people really help you the best they can but the person who is at the reception only speaks Spanish and you can't reach the service 24H a day. But I had a nice time and the appartement is really awesome.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00 to 23:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
