About Modernista B apartment

This truly elegant apartment, completely refurbished in 2011, with high quality furnishings & touches, is located on the attic floor (the 4th floor) in a beautiful traditional building in the Eixample area.

The apartment offers lots of natural light & has dark wooden features & modern details. It can sleep up to 6 guests with two bright bedrooms, a spacious living / dining area (with modern flat screen tv with satellite), a fully equipped separate kitchen, a lovely terrace with table & chairs, and one bathroom.

An ideal choice for a family in the centre of Barcelona.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

    * A sunny master bedroom with two single beds placed together (in total 160cm x 200cm). Beds can be separated upon previous request, large wardrobes & small French balcony / window.

    * Second bedroom with twin beds, 80cm x 200cm, (can be placed together upon previous request), the window looks out to the terrace on interior side of building, lots of natural light

    * A spacious living room / dining room area. Sofa bed (160 x 200 cm).

    * 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath & shower

    * A well-equipped kitchen with kitchen-ware (with large fridge-freezer, electric oven, electric stove, microwave, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher)

    * Washing machine (with clothes dryer)

    * Terracce, surrounded by walls but very bright, since the apartment is located on top floor (access from the hall)

    * Central air conditioning-heating in all rooms.

    * Internet Wi-Fi connection

    * Flatscreen TV with satellite & mp3 connector

    * DVD Player

    * Hairdryer

    * Iron and ironing board

    * Towels and bed linens are provided

    * Baby travel cot and high chair free of charge available ON REQUEST

We liked the appartement very much. The kitchen was very nice, but could be more equiped. There was no frying pan to bake eggs. There were no dishwasher tablets. The sofa in the livingroom was not very clean when you opened it to sleep. It was stainy and dusty, so we didn\'t open it. The appartement is very suitable for families with children. There was no noise of other people. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you.....

Fab apartment - well situated, close to metros, restaurants, supermarkets etc - modern apartment in a characterful old building. The bath panel was loose and kept falling off and the wi-fi didn't work but otherwise I couldn't fault it.Thank you habitat we had a great stay! // Julia from Habitat: Many thanks for your review. We could not have been happier with the apartment. The location was wonderful and the apartment was just as described. Our family of five were quite comfortable, in fact my 11 year old son said the bed was nicer than his bed at home. Most of all we were very happy with the people at habitat apartments. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.

We were incredibly pleased with this apt. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere in the city. The apt had only been used for the past few months and everything was in terrific condition. The only glitch was intermittent Internet access (it is connected to Modernista A apt). We had never rented an apt in our travels and we are now believers.

Apartment was great. Double bed. Very comfortable. Internet was shocking. We had to keep connection with our business. And this was near impossible without keeping the Copenhagen to the hall. Of dependant on Internet would much recommend this place. Nice and cool, great access to everything. Single beds are very.narrow // Habitat Apartments : Thank you for your comments. The internet is fine now.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Design of apartment and quality of fittings were very good and allowed for two couple to share with adequate privacy. The rest of our party rented Modernista A and the combination of both apartments worked very well. The Internet in Modernista B is on a booster from A and so occasionally the internet was temperamental.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 400 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
