    2 parents + 3 enfants (20&18&14) T Bon accueil, à l\'heure prévue, un dimanche. L\'appartement est bien entretenu dans un immeuble neuf. Le quartier est très calme. Après avoir trouvé une place de stationnement,on ne l\'a plus bougé sauf à pied et en metro. Le supermarché auchan et sa galerie marchande est à 10 min à pieds, ou deux stations de tram. La station de metro est à 4 min. La plage est peut-être à 15 min, mais pas de pb pour y aller. Je recommande cet appart, ne manque que lave vaisselle.

      This is perfect location for a stay of several days. It could not be more convenient to the tram line, which links to the metro. The double-decker tour bus lines are within a 10-minute walk. And the beach and the pool are accessible as well. Clean. Modern. The pictures do the space justice. Great value!!

      excellent location, near to the metro, out of the touristic centre. you can go to the rambla with the metro in 25 minutes. We stayed with 4 persons and the apartment was perfect for us. Good kitchen (only the addition of a dishwasher can be recommended). Two nice and clean bathrooms. I would surely advise this apartment!!! If you stay here, be sure to go to tras-paso restaurant also in carrer fluvia (24) and taste the chocolate dessert!!!

      We had booked here as we were attending the Barcelona 2010 Triathlon very close by, but even if we were coming back just to spend time in the city I would strongly recommend both the business and the apartment we stayed in. It was very clean, quiet and well maintained.

      Lovely apartment - conveniently located for the congress centre. well kept and furnished. I though I had pain in advance by card as initial paper work was unclear and I had not realised I had to pay on arrival so did not have adequate cash in euros on me and credit card machine did not work.However agant was helpful and sympathetic.

      We loved this apartment, it was beautiful, new and very clean. Great place to stay, quiet location, did not experience any noise from the buildings opposite. Walking distance to a nice beach, had a great time.

      The apartment was as good as the pictures show and the information given. Very good! But the air condition in the bedrooms made some noise. But you get used to it and think that it is a little storm outside. The street address of the Habitate Apartment office was difficult to find if it was necessary.
