The apartment itself is located in a modernist building (Finca Regia) and has been entirely restored.

    The apartment was excellent, well located to see Barcelona and was great to have the air conditioning. The photo's make the apartment look much bigger than it is but it was just what we were looking for!

      Good appartment in the Eixample near interesting places. It was comfortable to live there in June 2010. I like Barcelona and hope to return next time.

      It would have been nice to have bar soap in the bathroom as well as an extra roll of toilet paper. The shower curtain needs to be replaced with a plastic one which is longer so the water doesn't splash everywhere making the bathroom seems unclean. Mildew on the walls needs to be removed in the bathroom, it's unsightly. // Thanks for your comments we have inform to the owner who will take care of these issues (Habitat 13-11)
    Location

    The apartment is located in Bruc Street, next to Diputació Street in the Eixample Dreta (the right side of the Eixample District). The area is rightly famous for its modernist architecture. Within a 5-minute walk from the apartment you’ll find the most outstanding examples of this architectural movement: Casa Ametller, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo and La Fundació Antoni Tapies. Around this grid of wide straight streets are the majority of the city’s most expensive shops, a range of eateries and several bars and terraces. Don’t miss the chance to spend a couple of hours just strolling down Rambla Catalunya or Passeig de Gracia, the most prestigious shopping streets in Barcelona.
    The apartment is also close to Plaza Catalunya and the top of Las Ramblas.
    And public transport connections are good: you can catch metro line 4 just 200 metres from the apartment while Line 3 is also close by.
