Overlooking Bruc Street at the heart of the modernist district in the Eixample Area, this bright apartment offers 2 large bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a large bathroom.

It is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning and a security system with interphone.

The apartment itself is located in a modernist building (Finca Regia) and has been entirely restored.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

      great location. literally 1min from nearest metro station (L4 Girona) & 5 min from Passeig de Gracia. Plaza de Catalunya&SagradaFamilia is also within a reasonable walking distance. Quite large supermarket(Mercadona) is also near, very convenient. quiet neighbors considering this fantastic location. - room was bright & spacious. kitchen was clean & fully equipped. oval bath (much larger than expected!) was a great option after a day-long rambling in BarriGotic. - credit card payment!

      Stayed here with my family. Was great to be able to relax, cook in the evenings after visiting Barcelona during the day. Was just a 20 min walk to Las Ramblas so really convenient.

      Nice apartment in traditional Eixample building. The area is really pleasant with plenty of cafés & shops nearby. You can walk to the centre in 15 mins & the apartment's away from the hustle & bustle of the Gothic area.

      Nice comfy apartment great for our stay with my family. Nice quiet area with lots of shops & restaurants closeby. Would be good with some amenities like soap and basics in the kitchen but other than everything great!

      The apartment was excellent, well located to see Barcelona and was great to have the air conditioning. The photos make the apartment look much bigger than it is ,but it was just what we were looking for!

      BRILLIANT location and just what we wanted. Very spacious and comfortable for all our needs. great to have a washing mach and something to hang clothes on. the location was absolutely brilliant - so close to bars, cafes, metro and supermarket, good area, not noisy, by far the best location of all the places we stayed in spain or portugal (and they were all quite good). and a good lift!!
    Location of this apartment in Barcelona

    The apartment is located in Bruc Street, next to Diputació Street in the Eixample Dreta (the right side of the Eixample District). The area is rightly famous for its modernist architecture. Within a 5-minute walk from the apartment you’ll find the most outstanding examples of this architectural movement: Casa Ametller, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo and La Fundació Antoni Tapies. Around this grid of wide straight streets are the majority of the city’s most expensive shops, a range of eateries and several bars and terraces. Don’t miss the chance to spend a couple of hours just strolling down Rambla Catalunya or Passeig de Gracia, the most prestigious shopping streets in Barcelona.
    The apartment is also close to Plaza Catalunya and the top of Las Ramblas.
    And public transport connections are good: you can catch metro line 4 just 200 metres from the apartment while Line 3 is also close by.
