Spend an amazing holiday in Barcelona Blanc apartment, tastefully decorated with small details that will make your stay the best.

The apartment features two bedrooms: The first one with bathroom with shower and double bed 140 x 200 cms. The second one with a double bed of 140 x 200 cms.

The dining room area has a cheerful decoration and a large window that will welcome you from the start. Here you will find a living room with a large sofa, a comfortable chair, a shelf and a large plasma TV; the dining is up to 6 people. Just next door, you will find the open kitchen, painted in a beautiful red color that contrasts perfectly with the white of the area.

The apartment also has an office where you will find big wardrobes and a small desk for computer use. Also the apartment features other complete bathroom.

Note: the double rooms have not wardrobes.

The apartment is in the perfect location--less than a block from the metro, with plenty of interesting shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the neighborhood. It was so convenient to be able to come back to a real neighborhood at the end of a busy day and to be able to walk to dinner nearby. The apartment itself is in good shape and is very spacious. The beds are fine, but a little low to the ground, and we could have used a blanket because it was a little chilly a couple of nights. // Habitat Apartments : Thank you for your recommendations.

Great location easy access to the Metro and great apartment overall with a nice view of the traffic on the street. The only issue was the number of towels that are available without a charge and blankets.

A recommander. Bien situé, dans rue calme, proche d\'une station de métro de de petits commerces et à 1/2 h à pieds du centre ville. Voisins un peu bruyants et quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine manquants sont les seuls petits bémols, mais rien de très important.

This is a brand new apartment and everything was shiny white and very clean. A few teething problems with the hot water but this along with the lack of kettle were sorted within an hour or so. The door in the corridor between the two bedrooms is such a good idea, especially if you have someone coming in late and don\'t want to be disturbed. It\'s a great flat for getting out and about in Barcelona, the Metro being round the corner. We loved it. And as for the sweet shop next door...

Originally booked another apartment, but on arrival were informed of a problem, which meant we were moved to Blanc. As the apartment was new we were the first to stay there, therefore there were some teething problems which were remedied quickly by Habitat relating to air con and power supply. The apartment was well proportioned, comfortable and located in a fantastic area. Habitat staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful.

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
