This very spacious and open-plan apartment in Amsterdam is divided in 2 levels and features 3 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is located in the Plantage neighbourhood, a quiet part of the city.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

Lower level - Bedrooms & bathroom:
- 3 double bedrooms with twin beds (1 bedroom has flatscreen TV)
- luxury bathroom equipped with large sink, bidet and bathtub with shower
- Separate toilet in the hallway

Upper level - Living-room & kitchen:
- Spacious living area with sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player
- Two single beds are placed at the back of the living room.
- Dining table with chairs for 6 people
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee-machine, kettle and microwave

Additionnal information:
- the 5% tourist tax is already included in the total of the booking
- Check in is at the local office in Amsterdam between 14:00 and 22:00. Check in at the apartment is possible upon request for an extra 25 euro.
- If your arrival is after 22:00 the check-in will take place at the apartment. We will charge a late check-in fee of 50 euro for that.
- An early check-in between 10:00 and 14:00 may be possible upon request and would be charged 30 euro extra.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given are as follow:
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the balance due (total accommodation cost minus pre payment) will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice no-show: 100% of the total balance due will be charged.

We stayed at this apartment (3 couples) in August this year, we actually rented it through Amsterdam Locations, who weren't very good, but wanted to write a review for the apartment as it was amazing. This apartment is as good as it looks in the photographs, in fact its better than in the photos, everyone's first reaction when we arrived was "wow!" The living space is modern, minimalist and spacious with all mod con's (dishwasher, TV with satellite, brill oven and microwave which has to have the door closed to run). Us ladies loved cooking up a storm in the kitchen and sitting relaxing somewine in the living room. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with windows and the 3rd is situation in the middle of the other two and can only be accessed via the other bedrooms, but this wasn't an issue. The bathroom is huge and the toilet is separate so no waiting when someone is in the shower. All of us would love to go back to Jasmin again and would highly recommend it to anyone else. Little tip, the nearest supermarket is about 10min walk, turn left out of Jasmin, then right at the end of the road, walk down curving left and turn left at the end of that road, the supermarket is another minute or two down there.

Deposit: Credit card
- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 22:00
- Early check-in is possible from 10:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax: 5.5% city tax is included in the price.
