Nice and calm area with very good transport possibilities. Supermarket very close. Apartment was clean and practical, with correctly equipped kitchen. Heating with the climat was ok.
I would return here next time.-

We arrived after 1 pm and the representative was there to welcome us. The apartment had some deficiencies regarding cleaning that were resolved. Ramon was very helpful. Location is perfect (10 min walk to Placa Catalunya) and across the street from a decent grocery store. It is very spacious and the air conditioning works well and is very quiet. The overall furniture and kitchen amenities are basic but enough for a vacation. It is somewhat noisy (facing the street)-common in Europe.

Great locality and position. Not enough local information ( re buses etc)
Good kitchen and bathroom, though the washing machine door was VERY hard to close.
The bed in one bedroom was great, but could bo with an upgrade in the other.
My biggest negative was the quality of the bedding ,sheets, pillows Donna and cover.
Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent location in a lovely neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to Plaça Catalunya. Kitchen was small for four people, but adequate and we ate out most of the time anyway. kettle did not work but was replaced within an hour. Great apartment, great service will definitely be going back.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location close to Las Rambles and some fantastic shopping. Couple of little points but nothing major wi-if not very good and the mattresses on the beds not very comfortable. Had a fantastic time and would recommend Barcelona and this apartment to anyone who was thinking of visiting. Look forward to returning.

The location is very good and the apartment is also very nice and clean.
But I have to complain about the beds, they are very hard.

Excellent location and ideal for our 4 day trip. The two bedrooms are a good size and with a sofabed in each (in addition to the double beds) its really convenient for four people travelling together. The Apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) and was clean and well maintained. Other reviews mentioned noisy youth hostel on floor below but we didn\'t really notice it, although this is on a busy street so traffic noise was noticable during the day.

Ideal location, opposite grocery store and short walk to many restaurants and train station. Although to room was presented in a clean and tidy manner, there were a number of frustrations for us: No batteries on one of the tv remotes, the pay tv didn\'t work, there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling so every morning the floor tiles were wet and the air con didn\'t work in the second bedroom. Overall, we would still book this place again. // Habitat Apartments comments:

We have a great stay for 6 nights at Lauria Suites Apartment. There are bank, cafe, restaurant and supermarket just few steps away from the apartment. We took a slow walk to Sagradia Familia and took around 30 minutes.The rooms are big and look exactly the same from the pictures. But there were only a small tube of body shampoo to cater 3 of us for 6 nights. Luckily we brought some body shampoo from previous hotel. One of the air condition is not cold. But overall we like it here. / Habitat comments: we are sorry about the minimum shower amenities and the airconditioning. We will take a look at it.

Loved the apartment, location brilliant, clean, relatively quiet. The only negative was the uncomfortable bed. Feel the springs in your back. Habitat apartments: Thank you for your comment. We will check for the bed and see if we can do something about it, but ofcourse it's always hard to find a bed which everyone like.

Lovely apartment, centrally located, clean and affordable.
Only critism (meant in a constructive way!) is that the beds could probably do with updating and wifi connection could not be found.

Appartement bien situé, dans un immeuble calme, à 5 minutes à pieds de Passeig de Gracia et de la plaza Catalunya (bus toutes les 10 minutes pour l\'aéroport). Une épicerie ouverte jusque 21h en face de l\'appartement. Bon état général,conforme aux photos. Seuls points négatifs : une fenêtre ferme mal et le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas très bien. Très bon accueil d\'Alexandra. // HABITAT COMMENTS: Merci pour votre commentaire. La fenêtre de la chambre a depuis été réparée.

Great little apartment in a nice area of Barcelona. Walking distance to touristy areas like La Rambla, but also a nice area to stay in to avoid some of those touristy areas too. Only down side is the Wi-Fi reception was poor in most parts of the flat (entrance area and kitchen was fine though).

Good overall experience. Clean apartment and nice location with supermarket right in front. It\'s spartan and not a hotel, so you have to bring your own toiletries, tissues, etc... Only only comment was that our check-in representative was not as helpful as we hoped.

A huge and well furnished apt that would greatly served 4 to 6 pax. Lotsa lightings to brighten the place up. Easy to reach to/fr airport with many taxis passing by. Supermarket is just downstairs and lotsa good restaurants nearby. Quite near to shopping street. On the downside, the aircon slightly noisy thou it cool the room fast. // HABITAT COMMENT: Thank you for your review. The air conditioner has been fixed and does not make noise anymore.

Good location. 15 min walk to Las Ramblas. 10 min walk to Metro. Road noise from Gran Via a bit intrusive. Kept informed of progress with fixing initial problem with WiFi. / Habitat Apartment said: We have solved the problem and the Wi-Fi works perfectly now.

Very good location, with just a short walk to the city centre and easy access public transport. Water boiler did not work, but all over it satisfied our needs. Kitchen table to small for more than two people. Easy communication with Habitat. the apartment appeared newer an brighter in the photoes,but it was very nice anyway. // Thank you for your review. There was only one issue with the apartment. There is not enough hot water for more than 1 shower, after one person takes a shower the next one does not have enough hot water.

It was our first time in Barcelona and we were glad we chose the Lauria Suites due to the excellent location, which allowed us to walk to nearby attractions easily. There is a supermarket just opposite the apartment which is most convenient. One small matter, you'll need to wait for hot water after two persons have showered. Aside from that minor point, overall very happy with our stay and we'll gladly recommend this apartment to potential visitors. Adios.

Excellent location and nicely renovated. Warm welcome service. Apartment above a youth hostel although this posed no problem during stay. Street traffic can be heard slightly through French doors. Overall very happy.

Apartment was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Supermarket is right across the street. Subway and airport train is about 2-3 blocks. Centrally located between passeig de gracias and the old city, sagrada familia and parc guell.

A very nice apartment situated in a great safe area. Just opposite the apartment you find a supermarket and very close by you have a metro. We had some problems with the electricity but if that will be fixed I would very much like to stay here again. Habitat Apartments Management: the electricty issue has been resolved.
