Very nice apartment with great outdoor terrace. It was a bit cold to spend too much time outside but I\'m glad we had that space. The apartment was very clean and the rooms were nice, but the kitchen/living room is very dark - part of living in a building with many floors and not many windows. The Habitat staff was very helpful.

Two adults and three 18/19 year-olds for one week felt like too little time all in all.
We were very comfortable and loved both the apartment with it\'s nice decoration
and Barcelona with everything it has to offer.....
Ferran 2 has everything one needs for a good stay.

Not as big as it appears in the photos. Very nice location, in the middle of everything, but still quite. Very close to neighbours, sharing everything. Air condition leaking again.

The apartment was just as nice as it looks in the photos. The location is unbeatable, only meters from La Rambla. For 2 of the bedrooms, the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling, making it noisier for sleeping. Another thing that was slightly inconvenient was the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived at 3pm and it wasn\'t fished for about 2 more hours. Also, the air conditioning was leaking and had to be fixed the next morning. Other than these things, the apt. was fantastic! //HABITAT COMMENTS (21-10-2013): We are sorry for this inconvenience, the air conditioning was fixed the day after your arrival.

The apartment was very good although the photos made it appear more gracious. The location can not be beat and we appreciated it was on a quiet block in the heart of the action. All the basic elements worked well, check in was timely and efficient and the mid week cleaning we asked for was good. Some notes: there were two bathrooms as stated but only one had a toilet. They were side by side off the kitchen/ living room and not near any bedroom. The apartment is two long flights up .

Good value for a family visiting Barcelona. Enjoyed being close to interesting areas and in the Barri Gotic. The apartment was clean and the roof terrace was a pleasure to spend the evening having a light dinner and drinks. The only downside was the noisy neighbours the last two evenings.

This is a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Barcelona. It is in a perfect location for exploring the whole city. it is well looked after and we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Great location for seeing all parts of the city. Good walking to most sites and La Rambla. Walkable to the beaches also or a short taxi. Quiet at night despite a busy area. Only downside is only one toilet which is tough for a 3 bedroom. If you want to schedule a cleaning, do it before you arrive - the staff was unable to have cleaners come when I tried to schedule during my stay. Overall, highly recommended!

It was a wonderful stay, the apartment is wonderful. It felt like living in Barcelona for a few days, better than staying in a hotel. It would be nice, though, if the doorbell had worked.

We had a great stay at the Ferran apartment, which is in a fabulous location. but the great location also meant that street-facing rooms were slightly noisy. Habitat was great to engage with, but could have been more responsive on problems such as plumbing issues. Nonetheless is was a great stay and a great space for two families with children.

The Ferran 2 apartment was very clean and beautiful and in an extremely convenient, centralized location! The staff at Habitat Apartments was very accommodating and even sent out someone to resolve a minor issue for us on a Sunday. We would definitely book this location again in the future. Habitat Apartments is an excellent company to do business with.
Just as a word of advice, if you plan to purchase event tickets and have them mailed directly to the apartment, you should consider having them mailed to the Habitat Apartment office instead of the apartment directly.
Overall, the service and facilities were top notch! Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay while visiting Barcelona!

The appartment itself was well located clean and quiet. My only comment is that I would suggest changing the name of the appartment to Ferran A or B instead of 2 as this caused some confusion on the buzzer outside of the building. When we buzzed the #2 suite (thinking this was the Ferran 2 appt) the neighbour became very angry and swore at us because habitat appt rental customers continually ring his bell thinking that the suite is the Ferran #2 appt.

Well situated apartment, clean and fresh. A couple of areas that need highlighting but are only minor: the wine opener was broken with no back up, and the knives for cutting meat and bread very very blunt. It wouldnt cost much to replace these items but they make a big difference to helping us self cater!! (Habitat Apartments Team: the kitchen has been restocked with these items - thank you!).

We really enjoyed the unit, the area and Barcelona.
I had originally intended to stay in the Born area and would try that next time - for a change.
We had an unexpected delay on the arrival day and were not able to contact anyone.
Fortunately Esperanza (?) contacted me and we were able to make alternative arrangements.

The entrance to the apartment was slightly worrying but the actually apartment well made up for it. Beautiful original features, great location. Would have been good if someone had been there to meet us as we were slightly early, also late check out would have been a big bonus.

I am very happy to say that we had a fantastic time in your apartment, which is very nicely decorated and kitted out. I would definitely come to stay again and I found all of the people who I dealt with to be very friendly, professional and flexible - and this makes such a difference to a visit to a new city!

In relation to our stay at Ferran 2 i would like to say that the apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be. the representative was present on time at our arrival for us to pay and be welcomed into the apartment. the apartment itself was clean and tidy and secure. we would definitely stay again. this is the second time we have used habitat apartments and so far your service has been faultless.
I would like to thank you for your offer of 5% reduction. How is this claimed when booking in future.

I did not have time to complete questionnaire that was left, however, I thought the accommodation was perfect, very clean and had all items required in a holiday apartment. I thought the location was excellent and really enjoyed my stay at Ferran 2. I thought the service I received before and on arrival in Barcelona was excellent and I have already recommended habitat apartments to friends and will certainly be using your services again.

We had such a great time staying in Ferran 2. The apartment was even better than we were expecting and was in a fantastic location for exploring the city by foot. It was great to have the terrace to be able to enjoy some al fresco dining after bringing back goodies from the nearby Boqueria market. I would definitely recommend the habitat apartments to friends, as I was so impressed with how accommodating you were especially in being able to leave our luggage at the apartment until 6pm on our day of departure.
Thanks again for making our holiday all the more enjoyable.
