We had an amazing time in this apartment, beautiful view from the terrace and amazing location. Our apartment was close to a lot of the tourist spots, the zoo and arc de triomfe and beach are within a walk and everything else is close to reach such as supermarkets and restaurants.
The open space of the apartment is light and airy and the terrace is AMAZING. My partner proposed to me on our terrace which is a memory I’ll never forget so thank you for a beautiful time habitat!-

Not only was the apartment in a great location & pricing good but it was stylishly decorated. I was met at the apartment right on time which was reassuring. I cannot recommend Habitat enough. I will be back! - Habitat Apartments reply:

We had the most enjoyable stay at your apartment the highlights of the apartment were the large terrace and the great facilities, The location was the best and in the centre to all of the things that we wanted to see. We really like the decor and we loved the feature ceiling.
Quiet on the weekends and slightly more busy/noisy in the week.

The apartment was quaint and provided all the necessities of home. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially at sunset. Aside from a couple misunderstandings at check-in, our experience was great! Be sure to note that AirB&B doesn’t charge city tax in Barcelona; it’s due st check-in. And, 22 Bailèn is a safe building on a quiet street, but if you have mobility issues, this one isn’t for you. It’s on the top floor of a six story building, whose elevator only goes up to five.

La ubicacion, confort y vistas del apartamento son excepcionales. Desde el casi puedes tocar el cielo de la ciudad.
Es tranquilo, el descanso de alta calidad, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Barcelona. Solo un detalle importante que deberían advertir y es el pequeño tramo de escaleras desde el 4o piso hasta el ático, si vas con equipaje pesado es un problema.

FYI - 2 lights weren't working that made the apt. a little dark - the one over the couch and one by the bed. Also the mattress could use replacing - could feel the mattress springs.

It's an amazing appartment, it looks better in the real life than on pictures I must say. Totally, in love with it. I will definitely go back and stay there again. I had forwarded the link to my friends for them to look up when they come to Barcelona.

Loved this apartment. Lots of character, good location, great views.outdoor area a real treat. Air con much appreciated.. Well equipped for a few days' stay with coffee maker, washing machine and dishwashe. (Only quibble:would be great to have a dishwasher tablet for each day of the stay as buying a whole fresh pack is such a waste).Fantastic organic supermarket just around the block, and also we liked Firebug restaurant.

I could say that it was almost perfect, the only complaint is that the air-conditioner didn’t work anymore in the end of the staying, It was very hot in Barcelona, so it was quite hard for sleeping as it's an attic so it can get very hot inside and we also had to unclog the shower drain (because there was too much hair in it and the water couldn’t go)

Firstly , we had a lovely time in Barcelona it's a great city, and the apartment was very good. It is well situated, equipped and clean.
However on arrival no sign of the rep, unable to gain access to the building. A call to the contact number the rep arrived after a few minutes. It was clear it was the first time she had been in the apartment, as a result we got very little info on what was in it. Also no info on local amenities eg supermarket. However would definitely use again.

We really liked the apartment for our week long stay in the city. Everything was in good working order. We didn't use the kitchen, so we can't comment on the extent of kitchen supplies.
The roof top patio is a very nice addition and there is comfortable seating. We were roughly halfway between two Metro stops each about a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment door.
The Habitat Representative was waiting for us in the Apartment at the appointed time - he was actually early.

This apartment is in a terrific part of Barcelona;easy walking to many sites and eateries and a short walk to 2 metro stations. It felt safe to walk back even late at night. The apartment is very cute, and practical in most ways.It was very quiet, clean and had everything one needs for a self service stay.There is a flight of stairs after the fourth floor elevator, and the roof top patio is a bit tricky to climb out onto -but it was well worth it. Our main issue was a hard bed.

Nice view and perfect location is a plus.
Not working water heater, not enough warmth from the aircon and poor quality or quantity of basic stuff (toilet paper, soap, electric cattle) is a big minus.

We loved this apartment. It was peaceful, airy and well-equipped. Not suitable for children or the infirm though due to poor access to the terrace and the big drop the other side.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Great views from the terrace and very quite, apartment had everything we needed.
We loved it here we made the perfect choice, would highly recommend this company and this apartment. Made our stay a perfect way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and birthday - thank you!

Top-zentrale Location, sehr sauber und gross genug für 2 Personen. In der Nähe 2 kleine Supermärkte (ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss) und auch eine wirklich gute Bäckerei (1 Minute)

Another great stay at this fabulous apartment with a superb terrace. We were told on arrival that we would have one clean included in stay but this did not happen but it was no big deal as we did not really need it.

We found that the apartment is perfect for 2 persons.
The location is perfect for most of the very interesting sites to visit.
We would go back there if we went back to Barcolona

Lovely appartment in a good area. Breakfasts on the terrace make a great start to the day! Well-equipped with everything you could need. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and supermarkets. Close to Arc de Triomf & Tetuan Metro stations. Also Parc de Cuitadella is lovely. Easy to walk to attractions. 10 out of 10.

Thanks for a great stay! We had a warm welcome, the apartment was clean and fresh and in a good location for accessing the main attractions. My wife and I are very active people and enjoy walking and exploring the city. It took us about 35mins to walk to Park Guell and about 45mins to get to the Montjuic area. Las Ramblas and Passeig De Gracia were about 15/20mins away.
Although I wouldn\'t recommend the stairs to the balcony for everyone, the view of La Sagrada Familia was a treat!

Beautiful, clean, well equipped and stylish apartment, perfect for our 5 day stay in Barcelona. Terrace area outside is very tranquil! A nice quiet location.
Only a 15 minute walk from Catalunya where we got off the airport bus. 20 min walk to gothic quarter in one direction and a 20 min walk to Sagrada familia the other way (we also walked on to Park Guell from there). A well stocked Carrefour express supermarket just a 2 min walk away on the same road.
Would 100% stay here again!

A really terrific apartment. It is in a quiet but central location (only 15 minutes walk to Las Rambla). The apartment was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The terrace was great for relaxing after a day\'s sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Brilliant apartment in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from two Metro stations.
The terrace is absolutely perfect for alfresco dining. One small note of caution is that you access the terrace via 4 wooden steps and then through a window. The steps are in fact a bookcase. This may sound a bit precarious but it works really well. The best small apartment I\'ve stayed in 10/10 ****

My wife and I stayed at the Bailen Attic apartment for 10 days in September 2015. The apartment is ideal for a couple. It is in a very quiet building on a quiet street and is cosy and clean with a large terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia, where we had our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal. It is a 15 minute walk to \"the place\" to be in Barcelona, Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and La Rambla.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Bailen attic apartment, very spacious for 2 people, very clean with all necessary facilities and a superb terrace with views of Sagrada Familia and the torre Agbar. The location was also very good, 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, 5 minutes to Arc De Triomf and cuitadella park, 10 minutes to passage de Gracia and about 15 minutes to las Rambla.
We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.
Access to Terrace is climb a bookcase and through window.
