Great apartment for 4 people. Would happily stay again. We were one set short on towels upon arrival, which took over 24 hours to be resolved. This was our only issue.

We enjoyed our stay in apartment which was convenient for everything....just bit disappointed in the kitchen ...only two glasses, different sizes, no wine glasses and only three mugs. Flat was clean and served us well but just some little extras would make it more comfortable. Habitat comment: thank you for your comments and suggestions. We really appreciate it and we take into consideration to provide more kitchen utensils. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Great location and apartment. Very quiet area, wifi great. Comfortable apartment. I would consider self check-in. Doesn't matter what time you arrive.

We enjoyed our stay at Boulevard 12 apartment. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our week-long stay. Air conditioning made it perfect! Being on the second floor with a working lift was also very convenient for us. The location was great, and we were in the midst of several cafes and restaurants. The local supermarket, with friendly staff, was on the corner so we were able to easily stock up with what we needed. Taxis pass by all the time, and public transport is easy.

Cute little apartment on a quiet street! We loved staying here and found the accommodations to be very comfortable. Our only complaint is that when we were arrived we were expected to pay cash- which was never explained to us prior and we had a provided a credit card. I loved my stay!! Very nice place easy access to main streets! Very clean and safe area ! Cafes all around the area open until late night! Far from the touristic crowd! I myself dislike areas packed with tourists! Decent place with decent people!

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment in great neighboorhood of Eixample. Very friendly reception, nice bars, shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back soon.

Very nice apartment in an excellent neighborhood with lots of cafes n restaurants step away. Just 10 min walk to the city center to get to anywhere in Barcelona and close to shopping. Apartment is exactly as in pictures with a nice balcony, plus is that this apartment has an elevator which is rare to my knowledge in Europe. Booking and the check in process was great. All in all a wonderful apartment to stay in the heart of Eixample area, would definitely suggest this place.
