We had a great stay in this apartment. It\'s not the most luxurious but is comfortable and has everything that you need and is very pleasant. What it lacks in finesse it more than makes up for by the fantastic location - it is in my opinion in the best area in Barcelona, set among beautiful streets with fantastic restaurants and bars. It is noisy outside so bring earplugs - but that\'s city life. We are so, so pleased that we chose this area to stay in though, it\'s fantastic.

Our stay was great, cannot fault Habitat\'s service. The apartment is located in the best spot ever, with lots to see and do nearby. If you are a good walker you can burn some serious calories to indulge in the great food of Barcelona! We felt very safe both in the El Born area and the apartment.

The Princesa apartments are very well located in El Borne. The quality of the apartments is of a good standard. The service by Habitat is of a high level. We had a very good time in Barcelona

Great location within the Born area. Building has a very good renovation. The apartment is as good as the pictures, video and floor plans. Expectations met 100%. It is NOT a true 2 bedroom. Highly recommend to upgrade Cable subscription to offer more than a handful of local channels, and to train Habitat Rep to give a more detail welcome overview, specially in how to use the electronics and kitchen equipment. All in all the apartment was good. The location is great. The apartment is well equipped. The service was not as good. We asked for more toilet papers (we had 1.5 rolls when we arrived) and after 2 days of repeating the question we were told that they don\'t supply more rolls... // HABITAT COMMENTS (28-10-2013): Two toilet rolls are provided in each apartment.

We regularly use Habitat when we go to Spain as the service and apartments are great. The location for this one is excellent, close to everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very convenient and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom could use some updating and also cleaning. The staff service were exellent. Large, nice apartment. Some wear and tear, eg. the doors on the cupboards in the kitchen was falling off. the bathroom could need a refurbish. From start speedy response from Habitat team to emails in relation to bookings. Also agreed to move us to a 2 bed apartment (as opposed to 1 bed) which was available. Late check-out also agreed which was great.
Apartment clean and truly in the middle of winding, atmospheric streets. Noise from outside (as on low 1st floor) but that\'s Barcelona. Very comfortable beds and towels provided. Little extras like washing up liquid and toilet roll which is great when only spending a few days there. TV in weird space between two rooms and no wine glasses my only gripe! Whilst in Gothic area of narrow winding cobbled streets felt safe. Location fantastic, could walk to all major areas. Apartment like a large hotel room (slightly bland) but with the big advantage of more space and the option of preparing food it you wish to do so.

The appartment was clean and very well equipped, located in the Born area where you find nice bars and restaurants. The people of Habitat were correct and informed us well - a map of all possible information is available. We\'ve enjoyed it and would recommend Habitat apartments. One slighly negative point is the lack of privacy in the apartment since one needs to step into a bedroom for using the bathroom - a curtain would already be a solution.

Excellent location in cool central area close to really good restaurants, cafes and the sites. Flat really clean and good quality. We were 2 friends so got a double bed each which was perfect. Bit of central city noise, but worth it for the location. Would definitely stay again.

Princessa 4 was a great place to stay. Close to all attractions...I would reccomend for those visiting for an extended stay. Our Second time at the Princessa

Basic but more than adequate. Bed sizes and comfort excellent.Location was perfect and we generally had a good stay. No hifi. Tv and wifi not great...No toiletries or tea/coffee provided. However the air con was great, apartment was clean and sufficient,area very quiet yet central.

Great location for nice dinners and fairly close walking distance to all attractions. Only thing is that shower broke and had to wait for maintainance to come fix it. No shower for a day, but company arranged for it to be fixed.

Lovely apartment, perfect for a family group. Very clean, all amenities provided; towels, linen, toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, washing machine, iron, kettle - GREAT LOCATION!

The area is noisier than one should imagine.
At night time a lot of service vehichles is operating. Both local people and tourists is heard around the clock

I found the apartment to be clean comfortable and in an excellent location. I would come back again. It was excellent value for money and I would recommend it to my friends. A full length mirror on one of the walls would be helpful as there was only one mirror in the bathroom.

The neighbourhood was good. It was vibrant & appeared to be trouble free. Some problems with internet. Could have done with a conventional oven. Excellent value for money.

Perfect location in the centre. Walls a little thin (you can hear neighbours talking sometimes...), nice decoration but simple, price was good. Maybe you should put more dish towels (only one was provided) and more space to hang clothes to dry.
