I was here in April for few days with my husband and my two babies (9month old and 2 years old).
The apartment was beautiful, cleaned and with a stunning view.
We had a problem with the courtains in two bedrooms but the assistence sent out a technician to repir them.
Renata was so kind with us that my daughter is still telling everybody about her new bestfriend "Nata" (even if she was with us only the time for the checkin)
We will consider to come back here when we will be again in Barcellona.-

Better than the pictures!The view from the living room was breathtaking.
The rooms had a decent size for everybody, but the double beds had only one sheet. As we were friends who shared the bed, a separate would have been nice & too less coat hanger.
Street noise on the terrace is quite loud. Heating in the living room was not working, but on our departure day workmen came with a new aircon. No kitchen towel available, too less cups for tee and glasses for wine..,
Still: WOULD DEFO BOOK AGAIN.-

Nice apartement, nice surroundings. The apartment is a bit worn out (the sofas for example), but the overall experience is good and we would come back.
Check-in was the representative 40 minutes late (which can happen, but....).
The beach is very close and you can find good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

the apartment was amazing from the moment we stepped in, the balcony was the best bit I think it had such an amazing view. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment was in a great location. 2 blocks from the start of the Rambla del Poblenou and the sea and beach directly opposite. The high floor number only added to the amazing views. Check in was seamless and very efficient.

The location is close to the beach and only a few blocks to a Metro stop for easy access to everything. There are plenty of grocerery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Traffic noise can get a bit loud, but being 12 floors up helps with that issue. Great view. The initial assistance with arrival could have been improved. For example, the breakfast food purchased was overpriced and mostly not useful (rice, pasta). We should have waited. Upon arrival, phone contact was difficult.

La localización es perfecta. Unas vistas maravillosas al mar desde la terraza. La habitaciones y los baños amplios. Las camas muy cómodas. Cerca de la estación de metro. Y con tiendas y supermercados cerca para poder realizar la compra sin tener que coger el coche.

Found the apartment clean and inviting. The basics in the kitchen would have been appreciated, e.g. salt, pepper, bottle openers.
The airconditioner fell short of its capabilities. Otherwise a pleasant stay for all of us.

Stunning views, very comfortable for 3 couples to stay. Great location, walking distance to many places including the metro station. We loved it!

The Location and View was unique. It is exactly like the pictures in the website.
However I wish to complain about non coordination with previous guest.
When we arrived, the guests had not left the apartment and they were out.
So we were obliged to wait for almost 4 hours till they came and got packed. Also the cleaning lady was there busy with cleaning. I wish this was coordinated before our arrival. //Habitat Comments: it usually takes 4 hours to clean an apartment from prior guest thats what happened in this case. Clients can leave the luggage from 11 hours but the apartments are ready to enter from 15hours.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Vista Apartment. The view was incredible! The apartment was clean, the kitchen well stocked. The beach across the street was very nice. We used the hop on hop off bus tour (bus stop 300 m) and rented bikes next door. Be aware that the last green bus along the beach leaves at 9 pm. It was nice to have free parking for the rental car we used to spend a day in Portaventura (public transportation more time consuming and costly). All in all a great stay!

This is a spacious apartment with great views. We had a problem with the ceiling lights on the second day which were promptly fixed by Habitat\'s maintenance engineer in time for a Saturday evening birthday celebration. Supermarket, bakery and metro station within 10 minutes walk. Very accommodating about checking in as we were over an hour late. Changing from rail to metro at P. de Gracia is a bit confusing as you have to leave the Renfe station and walk some distance to Metro of same name!

Amazing apartment, really roomy in living areas, great kitchen and balcony, although 3rd bedroom bit tight for space for 2 adults. So close to the beach, marina and parc de forum and lovely local area with nice bars and restaurants. Very nice that we were allowed have late checkout too as our flights were late in the evening. We had 6 people in our group and we all loved it.

Gute Lage mit fantastischem Meerblick. Leider gab es nur drei Gläser für vier Personen, der Wasserkocher und die Balkontür waren defekt. // Julia von Habitat Apartments: Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. The appartment has an exellent location and the appartment was exellent as well. The hand out of the key was well organisied unfortunately he had just one key.
The whole vacation was realy confortable and without any problems.

Ein wundervolles Apartment,mit atemberaubendem Ausblick! Sehr zentral gelegen ideal für Strand und Stadtbesuche. Die Buslinie 41 fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Das Apartment selbst ist super ausgestattet und die Bilder sprechen absolut für sich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Loved the apartment and views of the beach and location were great. Our only concerns were that doors to terrace did not latch properly. Also, door to bathroom handle was broken, coffee pot had a crack in it. These are just minor things that I am sure you will fix. // Habitat Apartments : We have taken care of the door handles and replaced the coffee machine. Thank you for your recommendations.

Some towels were missing at our arrival (this was not checked by myself nor by the girl on the arrival day) but a few days later a person came and brought us the towels. // Habitat Apartments : We are sorry about the inconvenience. This was due to the fact that we weren't aware that there were 2 more guests during your stay.

The vista apartment was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully finished with excellent mod cons, and the most breath taking view every morning! I would definitely book this apartment again as it made our holiday.

The apartment was very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The lady who met us at the apartment was very good and very efficient. There were a few minor comments, however. There were no bath-mats in either of the bathrooms and the bathrooms are in need of some maintenance. The kitchen was poorly equiped and is in need of more utensils and casseroles and pans. However really enjoyed the stay.

This is the 3rd time at this apartment at enjoyed my time in Barcelona. My only complaint would be that there was dust under the beds and there is not much lighting in the lounge area if you wish to read at night. Thanks Janet

Wonderful apartment in great location. Only slightly let down by quality and quantity of fittings. Couldnt have dinner for 6 people as there arent enough (outside) seats or wine glssses. Inventory needs updating and interior furniture needs to be of a higher standard for the weekly rental price. Dont expect broken/ikea furniture and leaking bathroom ceiling at this price. Although I have to say that none of that spoilt our holiday!

Het appartement was geweldig, een mooi uitzicht over het strand, paar kleine mankementen hier en daar (kapotte prullenbak en tuinstoelen ), maar zeker een aanrader, wij komen zeker een keer terug, bedankt.

Schönes Apartment in guter Strandlage. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bus ins Zentrum hält 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind gut. Eine Schiebetür zur Küche war etwas widerspenstig und die Fenster waren nicht 100%ig dicht (ist aber normale spanische Bauqualität). Betten waren gut. Super Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer. Großer Balkon... Insgesamt ein gutes Apartment... Ich würde das Apartment wieder mieten.

Appartement très agréable et lumineux avec une vue directe sur la mer.Situé dans le quartier Poble Nou, à proximité de nombreux commerces et d\'une station de métro permettant de rayonner partout dans Barcelone.Sommes ravis de notre location.

Loved the apartment. Few small repair jobs necessary, socket at side of bed in master bedroom needs to be fixed to wall. En suite door and door of master bedroom do not close. A great kitchen to work in but a shame it is lacking in some necessary utensils, e.g. large chopping board, non stick large pan (the present one useless), some more oven dishes and glasses. A better wine opener would also be welcome. We had a very pleasant stay and were pleased with how Valerie dealt with our very late arrival (which was beyond our control). Thank you.

The apartment is great: Classy furniture, good location, top sea view and stylish. A couple of things weren\'t working so well in the bathrooms, but all the problems were taken care off immediately by the habitat staff.

Para preguntarnos como fue nuestra estancia en el piso, yo diría que muy buena, las instalaciones son de primera. Hemos comentado entre nuestros amigos esta experiencia ya que normalmente viajamos de hoteles, y les ha parecido una buena idea lo de alquilar apartamentos.

Excellent Appartement which deserves the name \"Vista Apartment\": what a view !
Some details however need to be corrected for the next visitors:
- bread rooster did not function properly
- one chair on the deck was damaged when we arrived
- the door in the shower needs to be fixed

Basically a very nice apartment, some small maintenance issues but nothing major - e.g. one of the two showers didn't have a glass door on it's hinges. The beach directly in front is nudist, but the non nudist is only a minute or two more walk away. Poble Neu area, the streets seemed a little on the smelly / dirty side. Air con worked very well in all rooms, if a little noisy. Supermarket very close by - about 5 minutes walk. El portero was very helpful in sorting a 6 seater taxi.

One point made by the ladies present was the kitchen utensils were not very good, not many dishes to cook in (one small casserole dish)
and taking into account the apartment was for six guests it wasn't enough. Also there was only one wine glass between 6, no doubt there were more to start with but over time they have not been replaced. Though I make these observations I will add we really enjoyed our stay at Vista. Regards.

Excellent apartment for a group or family with older children, very spacious and secure. Good beach location, need to use Metro for other amenities. Habitat service was excellent.

Great apartment - great views, excellent neighborhood w/ local feeling but easy access to center of town. habitat's service was great. Apartment had some issues w/ shower and floor and could use a few more little things in the kitchen, but overall was great.

<p>Thank you for your email. The apartment was excellent. Often apartments are not as good as the photographs shown. This was not the case with Vista. We all stated it was BETTER THAN THE PHOTOGRAPHS SHOWN ON THE WEB SITE.
