very good and professional service from Habitat. the apartment was clean, like in pictures in very centric place. the only minus is terrible noise from street (24hrs) even with ear protection you can listen all.
I would definitely book again with them, but not this noisy place

Het appartement was klein, maar voldeed prima voor ons 4-en (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen), tijdens deze citytrip. Je bent toch veel op pad. Goed geoutilleerd. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, op de afgesproken tijd.
De locatie in de stad is erg goed, alles binnen handbereik, maar er was veel geluidsoverlast \'s nachts, waarschijnlijk door nachtclub ernaast. Oordoppen aanbevolen!

This apartment was just perfect - right in the hustle and bustle of the gothic area of the city... the rooms are modern and clean, with all the amenities you need on a city break; balconies, large shower room, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean etc.
Although the street noise rarely disappears, it\'s what adds to the ambience and charm of the area. We both loved staying here, and when we return (and we will!!) we will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Apartment is located in great location, very close to lots of shops and bars. Apartment is well appointed. I would stay here again.

Room was adequate for our purposes, plenty of space to spread out after day of sight seeing. Location very handy to sites in area.
Kitchen facilities good Several small stores in area. We really didn\'t cook, just snacked.
Only major drawback was night noise, night club on street level provided loud drunks until past 4 am on two nights of five. I don\'t know if there is something that can be done to dampen the noise as it does rise and the city is lively.
Shower could use shelf and grab bar. / Habitat comments: thank you for your review. We are sorry about the noise and hope it was not too disturbing. Furthermore, we will keep the shelf and grab bar in the shower in mind.

Very nice apartment in Barcelona\'s old city. Excellent layout and well-maintained. Walking distance to quite a few tourist attractions. This is a very noisy neighbourhood, so be prepared to either join the party or bring ear plugs. / Habitat comments: Thank you for your review. The Barri Gotic area is the heart of Barcelona and full of live, therefore it might be a bit noisy, we hope if was not too noisy and you could still enjoy your stay.

Apartment was in a brilliant location!! Everything is near a few minutes to La Ramblas and 10 minutes to Cataluyna square. I defiantly would stay here again however there are a few things that would need to be improved before we book again. The door handle on the bathroom was broken. The toilet did not flush correctly. The duvet did not have a duvet cover on. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Maria who assisted us with check in, we stayed has a family. // Habitat comments: We are sorry about the cover of the duvet, door handle and the toilet. We will fix this.

Great apartment in great location. You are just steps away for the Plaza Real as well as La Rambla. Tons of restaurants and close to everything. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with all we needed. Great shower in the bathroom. It was a little noisy at night but that is because you are in the middle of everything. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

El apartamento para dos personas está de lujo. Buenas calidades, bien arreglado, bien ubicado y con mucha luz. Tuvimos un problema con la llave y nos atendieron rápidamente. Como \"peros\" la zona es un poco ruidosa por la noche, el soporte de la ducha está flojo o es raro y en la cocina se echa de menos alguna cosa para cocinar o copas de vino. En cualquier caso muy recomendable. //Habitat: Para los clientes que aman cocinar durante su estancia en nuestros apartamentos, tenemos un servio especial de Welcome Pack (bajo petición) ya que nuestros apartamentos son Self-Catering.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e razoavelmente equipado. Faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha nomeadamente para limpeza da mesma. Fomos recebidos com muita gentileza e com disponibilidade e o agente deu indicações muito importantes.

Overall impression very good, but some problems: the shower was a little out of order and would not stay in place. The elevator did not always work, which was a problem for my husband who has a leg injury. The Habitat web site says the apartment has a washing machine, but it doesn\'t. It was no problem for us, but I think you should remove that information from the web site. A small problem: there was only one wine glass. / Habitat Apartments: Thank you very much for your comment. There is a washing machine but maybe you didn't find it and the check in person forgot to show you where it is. Besides, we fixed the problem with the shower and the elevator. My boyfriend and I stayed in Plaza Real 21 for a long weekend! The location was central to everything, if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as there is a lot of noise from the street. The apartment is very clean and modern and has everything you could want for your stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and habitat were good to deal with.

We absolutely loved the apartment and thought it was ideal for our stay. Was in fantastic condition. Also welcomed ever well on arrival. Info folder was very helpful. the only negative comment i have is that a propper kettle would have been nice. other than than all fantastic. thank you very much.

L'appartement est tres propre, il est au coeur de la ville, pres de tout, bon c est vrai qu il y a du bruit mais franchement si vous voulez etre dans l ambiance de barcelone c est un bon choix!!!!
