Medici 2 Apartment

3 adults stayed here for 4 nights and used this apartment as our base to explore Florence and beyond. We could not have chosen any better . Clean,spacious and great location. Thanks for the maps, the wine, the cookies and cake, the water and seeing to every detail to make our experience in this apartment comfortable and welcoming.

The host was great, so very helpful with telling us what do in Florence. The location was great, the apartment is so Spacious and comfortable for 5. Wonderful experience!

He hosts were easy to contact in advance of our stay and were there when we arrived, evening helping my family carry their bags up the few flights of stairs (when we visited, the lift was not yet fully commissioned). Stefano gave us a very thorough introduction, checking over the house and showing us how everything worked and sharing with us some local information on where to eat and what to see. There were some snacks and juice / water left for us in the kitchen by the hosts which was a lovely touch, lots of tea and coffee, also clothes washing liquid was provided. Fold out couch (single bed) was very comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean and the rooms large with beautiful large windows which could be opened to lean out and check out the wonderful view outside of the markets and the churches. The hosts allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment until late in the afternoon which was much appreciated. Fantastic location close to SMN station, restaurants, and the Duomo. I would 100% recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Florence.

The best and most enjoyable apartment we stayed in on our trip to Europe. Fabulous location and the central markets opposite was a special bonus, the contemporary fitout and provisions made this visit easy and Stefan helped us with some advise on check in which we appreciated, very easy to recommend this apartment. The only downside was the elevator was not working but this is soon to be fixed.

This apartment was in an outstanding location for us. It was very close to the train station and the centre of Florence. We walked to all the main attractions. There was never a need for public transport within the city. It was great to be close to the train station though b/c it was a meeting spot very early in the morning for a tour we went on and we also left for Rome very early to catch our plane so it was ideal for this. The apartment was immaculate. Every necessity you could need. There was even a dishwasher. The only issue I would have is that the elevator was said to be working and unfortunately when we arrived it was not available so it was 65 steps up to the apartment. Not ideal for my mother and grandmother or people with heavy luggage. However, after a while we forgot about it. Stefano welcomed us and there was a lovely presentation with snacks available for us. Internet was nearby as well and it was safe. I would highly recommend the place to anyone.

It was a wonderful apartment very close to everything! It is right in the middle so it is noisy at night especially Saturday nights. Just bring some ear plugs and you will be fine. They are working on an elevator for the apartment so there is construction during the day just outside your window. This noise didn't bother us because we spent all day out in Florence. The apartment itself is perfect. It has everything you could possible want. They even had a map of Florence! The kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking. There is a market with fresh foods just outside the front door of the apartment. The apartment had a microwave and stove. The apartment has internet too. We had a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment has actually exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is 65m2 in center a Florence (2mn. by walk from the Duomo) and close to all utilities. The apartment has a large kitchen, a large bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a terrace. The air conditioning is very appreciated, especially during summer!!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has two washbasins, a large mirror, a shower, and a very silent washing machine. The bedrooms were equipped with 4 single bed very comfortable. The terrace is a great plus to enjoy a glass of wine or a diner after a long day of work or visit. The apartment was perfectly clean, fully equipped, and conforable. I did not meet Mine personally, but she was a very nice and responsive person through our email contacts. Finally, we were welcomed with a great bottle of wine and some snacks which was all I need when I arrived in Florence so late!!! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone (couple, family, business trip) who comes to Florence. Grazzie Mille, Mine!!!
