Great location but the apartment is very noisy: it is above a restaurant and the bedroom is right at the entrance of an office. No chance of a late morning rise.

Could\'nt have stayed in a better area, all the best bars and restaurants a stones throw away. The apartment was perfect for a couple but wouldnt recommend for any more than that. The Wifi wasnt working when we arrived but worked on and off throughout our stay. // Habitat: We apologize for the problem with the WiFi, we are currently working to improve this service and prevent back problems.

Amazing Location. This apartment is perfectly situated. It provides a great base to explore the city. However, this apartment will not be for you if you expect the bed to be of hotel standard or for the TV to show large amounts of english language channels. If you do want to watch tv bring some dvds, but really you should be out exploring the city.

Perfect location. Overall very pleased with apartment. Good size albeit a bit dark. The lady who met us with the keys was vey helpful and all staff met were friendly. Only drawback was bedroom didn't have windows so a bit stuffy & if window open in living room, could be a bit noisy. Not a huge problem though. One thing that woke us a few times in the early hours was a timer light that came on in the hallway and this was due to the glass separating the bedroom and hallway.

Very nice apartment and it was in the nicest part of Barcelona. It is close to Picasso museum and close to Hoffman bakery (the best bakery in Barcelona, if not all of Spain).

My only complaints are the beds are Very hard.
Also , it was emphasised that we could be no more than 1 hr late on arrival and yet the young woman who met us was 30 mins late and did not apologize. We weren\'t sure if we were in the right place but luckily at the time we arrived the concierge was still there otherwise we would have been standing in the street!
Otherwise we had a fabulous stay and you were a great help when we needed it .thankyou.

We are sorry if you had to wait. In August, our representatives have many checkins to do. They must have been delayed by the clients from the previous checkin. Great apartment. Walk 10 minutes to La La Rambla, 10 min to Plaza Catalunya. Very convenient. The staff at Habitat Apartment was very responsive when there is any issue. We would definitely book with them again!

Found the apartment to be a little tired in appearance. The towels and linen were also a little worse for wear and could be replaced, one towel had a hole in it and they were very thin. Found the bed really hard, but is probably more a preference thing. Loved the location and have actually stayed in the same building before but through a private rental a few years back so was amused to realise it was the same building. Representative who let me in was lovely and helpful. Would use Habitat again for other adventures.

super séjour,appart très propre et spacieux, par contre il faudrait préciser que tous les parkings sont relativement chers ( + de 25 euros la journée) à prendre en compte pour le budget location.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had everything needed for a short stay. Small but very functional. The apartment doesn't have much natural light (probably typical for the neighborhood, with narrow streets) but is surprisingly quiet at night. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to leave our bags in the room for a few hours after the check-out time. The location is great, in a fun and lively neighborhood.

The location of the apartment is perfect - 2 minutes from all the restaurants and bars in Born and close to the Gothic area and the beach. The cooking utensils were some of the cleanest we have used in holiday apartments and the apartment felt clean. I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of cost, location, and services. The check-in process was great, thank you for meeting us earlier than 11:00.
The building manager was wonderful and helped us arrange transport back to the airport for our 6am flight.
Overall, great experience, thank you. We'll be sure to recommend to others.

The Princesa Apartments are excellent, they have everything you need and the location is great The service from the company is very good, a problem at one of our friends apartments was sorted within 30 minutes. We loved the location of the apartment. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and it is only a 5 minute walk to the Metro station.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and it was well stocked with most necessary items and had been cleaned well.
Unfortunately, we initially had a hard time figuring out the washing machine settings.
The Habitat Staff that we dealt with were all very kind and accomodating.
Overall, we liked this apartment and would stay here again.

It was great staying at Princesa 5 and everything was just perfect. I had some problems with the WiFi though, but that was not a big deal.
