Princesa 2 apartment

Perfect location for this apartment and downstairs you have a great place for tapas. Unfortunately, because of that, you have some noise early in the morning. And it would be great to have better towels. Habitat Apartments: Thanks for your comment, we'll take a look at the towels.

We were very happy with the apartment, especially the location. What could have been better: more glasses in the kitchen (there were no wine glasses at all) and we misssed duvet covers for the beds. The safe was not working. But altogether we enjoyd our stay in Barcelona and in the apartment very much! // Julia from Habitat: Thank you for your suggestions. Great location near Passeig del Born and 20 minutes walk from the beach. Very comfortable, quiet and cool even in august heat. Apartment rep was on time, friendly and efficient.

Third time back at Princesa - this time no iron in the apartment after I had put a wash through the machine - otherwise everything was good // Habitat Apartments : We have called the cleaning lady to check and she told us that the iron was in a closet. We are really sorry if you didn't find it.

Apartment was according to our expectations. Wifi didn't work properly when we first got to the apt. We had to wait a few hours for someone to come and reset the router. The apt was not very clean. We could see dust and dirt in lots of places.(Habitat Apartments' reply: We are sorry for the dissatisfaction with the cleaning. We have noted this to ensure the cleaning is better, thank you).

Great apartment in great location, representative on arrival was super helpful. Only down side is the apartment wasn\'t ready when we arrived. Overall we had a fantastic stay and woudl recommend Habitat Apartments to others looking to stay in Barcelona.

L\'appartement est très bien situé, propre et joli. Le gardien est super accueillant et prévenant ! Il est toujours disponible à vous donner de bonnes adresses et à vous aider. Il reste de toutes petites choses à arranger (comme certaines prises électriques qui pendent et le four micro-onde qui réchauffe le contenant et non le contenu). Donc dans l\'ensemble un très bon séjour.

I like the Princesa 1 apartment better than #2 - the living room is cozier. I can only give thumps up for Habitat, but I miss a view in exacthy this appartment - although the bedrooms has French balconies.

We, a group of 4 guys, stayed at Princesa 2 for five nights. First of all, I would definitely book the apartment again, because it was located perfectly for almost anything you want to do in Barcelona. El Borne seems to be one of the best locations to start travelling around town, be close to the beach or just stay there and enjoy El Born itself with its bars, cafes or small restaurants - most of them by the way very good value for your money as well. Nevertheless we were disapointed by few things: - the Sat-TV was not working, so only local channels were available - the hair dryer was broken when we arrived - we had to pay more for a fourth person after we booked only for three persons (even though the apartment is hosting up to five persons) - only two set of keys were given to us which might have let to problems in organisation with four people. Habitat Apartments: Sorry about those problems. We shall check the satellite & replace the hairdryer. Please note: our prices are based on nº people, not whole property.

We had an amazing stay in Barcelona and it was made so much more comfortable having a secure, clean and relaxing appartment so close to the main tourist attractions.

The Princesa 2 was a perfect apartment for my friend and I. It accommodated us quite well. Although not quite ready when we arrived, we took the short clean up time to get acquainted with the El Born Area. We called Habitat during the middle of our stay to replace burned out lights and to deliver missing extra bath towels we ordered. All was taken care of immediately and without any fuss. As for the area, El Born is an excellent location as it is close to all visiting interests.

The apartment was very clean, well kept and secure however we were disappointed to find the internet was broken and only got fixed on our last day. The location was brilliant and we hope to be back next year. Habitat Apartments comment: The internet is now fixed.

Over all we were very satisfied with the flat. In the summertime one might need a little bit more efficient cooling.

The location of the apartment is really great. It was a littly noisy at night overall we a good stay.

The location is excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay but found the apartment a little disappointing as it appears to be 5 star standard on website.The lounge/kitchen was aircond. but not the bedrooms so was rather uncomfortable. We spent 3 weeks here so a washing machine was important, unfortunately it did not do the spin cycle, Habitat did not rectify this during our stay. The curtain rail in the bedroom collapsed if moved, towels rather small, a salad bowl would have been helpful in the kitchen plus extra glasses.The double glazing made the apartment quiet. (Habitat Apartments: curtain rail & washing machine is now fixed, kitchen resources reviewed).

This was the second time I'd stayed with friends at a Habitat apartment and we had a great time due to the amenities and comfort of the apartment and its great location (30 metres from Born). Only improvement on the apartment would be for the TV to have more channels than just the tedious, rolling, BBC World News and it would also be handy if the stereo had an iPod dock. Still, overall it was great.

Everything was as expected: pre-arranged access time, comfortable beds, stylish well equipped kitchen, handy supermarket, a location opp. Picasso museum, which made our stay in Born very enjoyable. Just need to improve the poor quality satellite, to be able to watch the occasional Barcelona match on TV! I would strongly recommend staying in this excellent apartment.

Vi trivdes fantastiskt bra i området. Närheten till ett flertal sevärdheter, härliga gränder med trevliga butiker och restauranger. Bilderna på lägenheten är tagna troligtvis när den var ny (förskönade), men absolut helt ok. Bra utrustning i lägenheten. Perfekt för en familj eller två par eftersom det finns två sovrum med dubbelsäng, så jag rekommenderar den verkligen.

Higly recommended apartment and location. Having used HA twice now, there service is great, friendly and they are very accomodating. Planning my next trip already and will defnitely be using them again.

Great location in a lively neighborhood, very convenient to public transportation and everywhere in town. The photos on the web site were nicer than reality, but the apartment was still nice. The deficiencies were: 1) no view; 2) management gave 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days. Buying more toilet paper (sold in packs of 12) means guests in the apartment left a lot of toilet paper for the management; 3) air conditioner did not work properly so it could get uncomfortable.

Hello, Our stay in Barcelona at the Princesa 2 apartment was great! The location, the inside and the amenities were as shown and described. The welcome by Sandra was very friendly and on time. We truly enjoyed our short vacation thanks to the location and uniqueness of this apartment and we would book it again and recommend it to friends... Paulino at the lobby was very helpful. Please extend our thanks and greetings to him. Small critics: It was a bit cold in the apartment. I think the heater was not working. But the 2 portable heaters made up for it. I think that salt and pepper, plus a few other daily needed things should be provided. Thanks again and I hope to be staying at one of your places soon again. The Andersson family
