Description
This lovely, modern attic offers three large, tastefully designed bedrooms, a sunny terrace, 2 bathrooms and a large living area.
The apartment offers the following amenities and services:
- 3 Bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with Queen-size beds (160cm x 200cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Spacious and comfortable living room with a dining table for 6 people, a living area with armchairs and a satellite TV. The living room gives access to the terrace.
- 2 Bathrooms with toilet. One with a bath and a shower and another bathroom with shower.
- A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, table and chairs.
- Terrace with views of the Sagrada Familia and the Agbar tower (which is spectacularly lit at night). The terrace comes with a table and chairs and has sun until the afternoon.
- Washing machine
- Air Conditioning and Electric heating in each bedroom and living room.
- Satellite TV
- ADSL / WI-FI Internet connection: (May not be compatible with some lap top configurations)

Prices
High Season ( April to October ) : from 180 to 210 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 140 to 150 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Easter and Christmas ) : from 215 to 370 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 30 euros. Children: 20 euros. Babies are free. Prices are orientative and can depend on demand.

We had a lovely time. The standard and comfort in the apartment was excellent. It was also very clean which for me is very important. Tessa apartment was PERFECT, everything that we expected and MORE!. the location couldn’t have been more convenient, the view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the spaciousness of the apartment was luxurious. i hope we left everything is an acceptable state. we tried to straighten us as much as possible, but later i remembered that we did not reposition the beds as found on arrival. i just HAD to see Sagrada Famila when i first opened my eyes. we resolved the toilet malfunction easily, and i figured out how to fix it when it happened again, so all was well. thanks again for a perfect stay in your beautiful city!

Mes parents, ma soeur et mon frère ont été enchanté par la localisation et la location, nous n´aurions pas pu passer meilleur weekend. Aussi, pour vous avertir que nous avons cassé par inadvertance une des petites assiettes, nous nous en excusons. Faîtes-nous savoir, s´il vous plaît, ce que nous vous devons pour ce dommage.

The Tessa apartments is located in Plaza Tetuan in Eixample District at just 5 blocks from Ps de Gracia and Catalunya Square. At just 100 meters from the apartments there´s the subway Line 2 that directly gets to Ps de Gracia and Catalunya Square. The area around the apartments offers a variety of places to eat as well as sunny terraces in Ps de Sant Joan, also there are many food shops and newspaper point at just 100 meters. From the apartment you will get in 5 minutes walking to Arc del Triomf and Ciutadella Park.
