Description
The apartment is located in a lovely building and features a nice bedroom with balcony, a spacious and tastefully furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is one of the most interesting in the Born Area and in 1995 won the FAD Prize, a prestigious Spanish architecture award.
All apartments with name Princesa are located in the same building.

Prices
High Season ( April to October ) : from 105 to 120 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 80 to 90 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Easter and Christmas ) : from 125 to 220 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 20 euros. Children: 10 euros. Babies are free.
Prices are orientative and can depend on demand.

Good Afternoon Nicola,
We had a wonderful weekend in Barcelona and we loved every part of it! First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity you gave us to leave the luggage in the apartment after 11am, it really saved us some time! The location of the flat was perfect and very central, literally a short walk away from everything.

Location
The Princesa Apartment is located in the heart of the Born area, almost certainly the trendiest and most original neighbourhood in Barcelona. If it’s modern and stylish, or just plain curious, you’ll find it here: from modern art galleries to one-off designer clothes stores, smart restaurants and cool cocktail lounges. Despite all this fashionableness the area still maintains the look and feel of centuries past, with narrow streets, hidden squares and historic buildings, in one of which you’ll find the Picasso museum and its impressive collection of the artist’s earlier work.
