The apartment is located in a lovely building and features a nice bedroom with balcony, a spacious and tastefully furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is one of the most interesting in the Born Area and in 1995 won the FAD Prize, a prestigious Spanish architecture award.

Prices
High Season ( April to October ) : from 105 to 120 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 80 - 90 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Easter and Christmas ) : from 125 to 220 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 20 euros. Children: 10 euros. Babies are free.
Prices are orientative and can depend on demand.

Hello
Arrived home safely and wanted to thank you for a lovely week in Barcelona. We walked miles and enjoyed your lovely city. We wanted to recommend the restaurant Senyor Parellada in Argenteria as our favourite restaurant as we went there 3 times and always enjoyed it whether we had a small meal or a big meal and we felt we were dining somewhere special.

Sevilla y Madrid. Queria agradecerseles y felicitarles por su excelente
servicio. Hemos quedado muy contentos del apartamento Princesa piso 3
Numero 7. Y tambien muy agradable con la Sra Esperanza Rivera, quien nos
atendio muy alegre y eficientemente.
Tuvimos tambien la oportunidad de ir al Cafe Princesa a quienes ustedes nos
dirigieron para el internet y su web avisa de un descuento. Se portaron de
maravillas con nosotros y a pesar que el Sr Cristian no sabia nada de los
apartamentos Habitat , presume que su jefe Justo si lo sabia asi que nos dio
el 10%descuento y permitio que usaramos el wireless internet en la salita de
recepcion del comedor.
Mil gracias y espero poder contar con ustedes muy proximamente, ya que en
Mayo llevare a mi madre para Barcelona y Sevilla. Espero que pudiesen
