"I couldn't be more impressed. Everything about your organisation, from the website and the booking process to the standard of accommodation and the helpfulness of the greeter Laia is superb. I have visited Barcelona 6 times now and previous to this trip have always stayed in hotels but never again as I so enjoyed the freedom of the apartment. It was superbly situated, which is why we picked it of course, but in a foreign city where my knowledge of the language is woefully inadequate, it felt good to know that there was someone to contact who not only was friendly and helpful but gave the impression that your company really care about their customers - a rarity indeed if you live in England. The apartment was spotless and comfortable and the only problem that we did have in that the DVD didn't work, was sorted out immediately following a call to Laia, who replaced it straight away. All in all I can't wait to book with you again and thank you for the follow up email, never had Thomson holidays ask me for feedback in all the years we took the kids on beach holidays in the past! Thanks again I will be recommending you to anybody and everybody who I encourage to visit Barcelona. "
