Description
This large apartment is elegantly decorated and retains some of its original 19th-century features.
Ferran 2 offers three large, tastefully designed bedrooms facing a sunny terrace, 2 bathrooms and a large living area.
Located at the same floor as Ferran 1.
The apartment offers the following amenities and services:
- 3 bedrooms, each one with queen-size beds (180cm x 200cm).
- Spacious and comfortable lounge with a dining table for 6 people, a living area with armchairs and a Satellite TV. The kitchen is self-contained.
- 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. One of the bathrooms features a bath, toilet and wash basin, the other bathroom has a shower and a wash basin but not a toilet.
- A well-equipped kitchen ( fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker and microwave) with washing machine/tumble dryer
- Terrace. Large terrace with table and chairs and many natural plants
- Air conditioning and electric heating
- Satellite TV
- CD- Player/Hi-fi stereos
- Internet Wi-fi: (May not be compatible with some lap top configurations)
- Safe Box

Prices
High Season ( April to October ) : from 170 to 200 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 120 to 130 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Easter and Christmas ) : from 205 to 350 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 30 euros. Children: 20 euros. Babies are free.
Prices are orientative and can depend on demand.

Hi there,
We had such a great time staying in Ferran 2. The apartment was even better than we were expecting and was in a fantastic location for exploring the city by foot. It was great to have the terrace to be able to enjoy some al fresco dining after bringing back goodies from the nearby Boqueria market. I would definitely recommend the habitat apartments to friends, as I was so impressed with how accommodating you were especially in being able to leave our luggage at the apartment until 6pm on our day of departure.
Thanks again for making our holiday all the more enjoyable.

Location
The Ferran apartment is conveniently located at the heart of the Barri Gotic in central Barcelona. It is situated between Ferran Street and Plaza del Pi, a charming, café-filled square which has changed little over the centuries. Almost on the doorstep you have the elegant Plaza Reial with its towering palm trees and Gaudi-designed lampposts, and Las Ramblas, the thriving pedestrian boulevard which runs through the middle of the historic city.
