Spacious and bright apartment located in the heart of Madrid. It's very quiet despite its central position. It has three bedrooms, two with double bed, wardrobe and balcony to the street, the third one with trundle bed and wardrobe. It features a complete bathroom with shower and two lavavos and also an extra toilet. The kitchen is completely equiped and offers a large dining table , one TV and a balcony to the street. There is a separate office area and a large living room with 3 balconies to the street. Elegant details and stylish decor contribute to the charming atmosphere in Divino Apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, in the Malasaña district, really close to famous Chueca area and Gran Vía. Malasaña was a theatre part of the Movida madrileña and you can still see cult bars including La Vía Láctea and El Penta.There are plenty of restaurants, shop and art galleries. It's a perfect location to discorver Madrid and its lively streets. Easily connected with the most important museums in town, such as Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen.

The location was very convenient for us, walking distance to the center and very close to a metro station and the apartment was nice and well kept, with everything in working order. We enjoyed our stay.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Advance payment:
- A 19.80% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 15:00
- For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.
