This large apartment in Barcelona is housed in a 19th-century building located in the heart of the popular & bustling downtown area of the Gothic Quarter. The style of the apartment is modern, with exclusive classic details. We have taken care with every detail in order to ensure our clients have the most comfortable stay possible. This apartment is located in the same building as Art 2 and Art 3 apartments.

The apartment includes the following amenities and services:

  • 3 double bedrooms, each one with Queen-size bed and a balcony facing the street.
  • A comfortable living room / dining room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm)
  • 2 Bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet

    In general we were really happy with the apartment. The only negative was that it was a very lively area, full of very loud people during the night, but this is to be expected given the central location of the apartment.

      The apartment is very comfortable and clean. There is some noise from the street during the night, but it is not a problem. It is the life of Barcelona. Your are close to everything - the restaurants, shops, museums and the beach. We had an excellent time and enjoyed our stay very much.

      The apartment has met all our expectations to nearly 100 %. It was spatious, clean, quiet (with windows closed) and well equipped with everything we needed. Its location was the best you could exptect for visiting the beautifull and lively center of Barcelona on foot. Shops for all daily needs, tapas bars and restaurants were close at hand. Because of two stations of Metro-Line L3 only 5 minutes walk away practically every place in the city could be reached within 30 minutes travel. Advice and assistance by the local respresentative of Habitat Apartments was at hand when needed.

      We found your staff to be very accommodating, efficient, professional and responsive. We want to give an extra thank you to your office staff in being so helpful with regard to assisting my daughter to retrieve items she left in Cuenca. It is clear to me that you are successful in providing a high level of service. I would love to return to Barcelona and when we do we certainly will want to stay in "our apartment" again.

    The apartment, on the corner of Vidre Street and Escudellers Street offers unbeatable access to the main attractions of Barcelona. It is located in the Barri Gotic, just 50 metres from Plaza Reial, an elegant palm-shaded square, and Las Ramblas, the thriving pedestrian boulevard at the heart of the old town. The area itself is a perplexing maze of narrow alleyways and enchanting squares which has changed very little over the centuries. Normally full of life, the Barri Gotic offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops for all tastes and budgets.
