    The problem with the air conditioning unfortunately spoiled our stay in Barcelona but Habitat's response has been very professional and attempts were made to fix the problem while were there. (Air con problem now fixed - Habitat). That said the apartment suited our needs very well. Thank you.

      Alibei 3 is a very quiet apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to restaurants, metro and supermarket. Only 10 minutes walk to Catalunya. Taxi rank close by at hotel on corner.

      The apartment was very nice in a very quiet location. We were also very pleased to be allowed to leave our bags in the apartment as we had a evening flight. Only 1 small complaint was the heated towel rail in the bathroom was broken which made the bathroom chilly and it took some time to dry our towels.

      El apartamento está situado muy cerca del centro turístico y la comunidad es nuevo. Los servicios son bastante completo y además funcionaren todos bien. La reclación calidad - precio es buena. Nuestra estancia ha ido muy agradable. The apartment is situated very close to the turistic centre and the neighborhood is very new. The service was very complete and everything was functioning properly. The balance between quality - price was excellent. We have had a very pleasant stay.

      Mi estancia ha sido muy agradable, únicamente mejoraría el suministro de aceite para cocinar, que se agradece para estancias cortas. Por lo demás, el piso muy bien equipado, silencioso y muy cómodo.

      Nice and well-decorated apartment – a restful oasis right in the centre of Barcelona and… in a beautiful building. The mattress in the single room was unfortunately not so comfortable. (Habitat Apartments: we have checked the quality of the mattress and it is in good condition. We've received no other comments about it). The only things we missed: toilet paper renewal, a teapot, a tea strainer and dish/tea towels. (Habitat Apartments: we leave 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, we will keep in mind the rest of things to be added in the apartment). Anyway this is definitely a place to recommend!

      Two bedroom apartment between three people and was very spacious and comfortable. Was close to metro, and a leisurely walk took us to many fantastic local eateries and shops. Would definitely recommend for families or friends travelling together. Only bad point was that the rubbish bin was abit broken, but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

      The location was good. It was quiet at night, walkable to all the sights, shops and restaurants. Exactly as pictured on the website. Services offered were good, domestic appliances were excellent. As we booked at the last minute it was good value for money. It was excellent, absolutely everything was provided.

      Fabulous apartment. Renovated from top to bottom. Greeted by representative. Not happy about having to spend 13 euros (taxi) to go to the office to have the luggage stored. Office staff extremely friendly and personable though.

    Location

    Alibei 3 Apartment is located in Calle Ali Bei, between Calle Bailen and Passeig Sant Joan, in the elegant Eixample district. This is very much the centre of Barcelona, a 10-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Barrio Gotico. Close by (15mins walk) you’ll also find Passeig de Gracia, the city’s most prestigious shopping street and home to two of Barcelona’s architectural gems: Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, both by Antoni Gaudi.

    The city’s park, Parque Ciutadella, the zoo, and the fashionable Born area are also ten minutes on foot from the apartment, down the broad Passeig San Joan. En-route you’ll pass by the 18th Century Arc de triomf, which commemorates a rare victory for the forces of Catalunya, and you’ll more than likely see several spirited games of Petanca being played by groups of local pensioners. A ten-minute walk in the opposite direction, towards the hills, takes you to La Sagrada Familia, Anton Gaudi’s massive, eccentric and unfinished masterpiece.

    The street next to the apartment is home to some interesting restaurants as well as a variety of shops, grocery stores and a supermarket. The nearest station is 200 metres away and offers both metro (line 1) and regional train services (to the coast and inland).
