This fully equipped two bedroom apartment with wooden floors contains a stylish furnishing.

The apartment offers the following amenities and services:

- 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with double bed)
- 1 bathroom with a shower and a toilet
- Living room with sofa-bed to sleep 2 people, flatscreen TV and DVD player
- Dining table with chairs for 6 people
- Open plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee-machine, kettle microwave, fridge with freezer
- Iron & ironing board

Additional information:
- the 5% tourist tax is already included in the total of the booking
- Check in is at the local office in Amsterdam between 14:00 and 22:00. Check in at the apartment is possible upon request for an extra 25 euro.
- If your arrival is after 22:00 the check-in will take place at the apartment. We will charge a late check-in fee of 50 euro for that.
- An early check-in between 10:00 and 14:00 may be possible upon request and would be charged 30 euro extra.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
The cancellation policy fees depending on the notice given are as follow:
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the balance due (total accommodation cost minus pre payment) will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice no-show: 100% of the total balance due will be charged.

Location of this apartment in Amsterdam

The apartment is located on the edge of the city centre, close to the city zoo Artis, the Botanical gardens and the Tropenmuseum. Nice restaurants and cafés can be found on the Roetersstraat as well as the lovely art-house movie theatre Kriterion and the faculty of Economics of the University of Amsterdam (UvA). The apartment is also close to the Oosterpark, one of Amsterdam’s larger city parks.

The Sarpharti Suite 3 is absolutely stunning! We where extremely happy with the apartment in whole. The decor is stunning, the rooms are very spacious, and is was extremely clean and tidy. I would refuse to stay anywhere else after being spoilt with this amazing apartment. The service we recieved from the Amsterdam Locations Team was First Class.

It was a pretty nice and spacious appartment. It was clean and furnished in a modern style. We appreciated the public transport and the supermarket near to the appartement The only big problem we faced was our car. There were no parking lots in the center of amsterdam and even outside it was nearly impossibel to find anything.

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total balance due.
- For cancellations within 1 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total balance due.

Advance payment:
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Credit card
- A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 22:00
- Early check-in is possible from 10:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

City tax: 5.5% city tax is included in the price.
