Hello,
We had a fantastic time in Barcelona, and enjoyed our stay in Born 3 apartment very much. The apartment was lovely. It is modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. There are so many great bars and restaurants nearby, and it is easy to get to any of Barcelona's attractions either on foot or by metro.
I would be happy to recommend Habitat Apartments to my friends and family, and would certainly stay at Born 3 again if I am lucky enough to return to Barcelona.
Regards,
Grainne Byrd

Hello, We had a wonderful time in Barcelona! We were extremely happy about the location of our apartment (El Born), we think it is the best place to be for the moment in Barcelona! The apartment completely fulfilled our expectations.
The service was perfect, we arrived with 2 hours delay and it is a nice feeling knowing that somebody is still welcoming you!
To show you our real happiness, we would like to rent with you again. Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Marianne

Hi, Just wanted to say thank you for the service you provided and your offer of a future discount on return booking. I have posted a review on Tripadvisor praising the service that we received and how good the apartment was. Have lodged it under 'Habitat Apartments' and hopefully others will find it helpful. I took a long time finding youselves and I'm so glad now that I did. Thanks again.

Location

El Born has been transformed in recent years to become one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Barcelona. Just to the east of the Ramblas, on the far side of Via Laietana, its warren of old streets are bursting with chic tapas and cocktail bars, candlelit restaurants and fashionable boutiques, including the exclusive designers Custo.
The centrepiece of El Born is the imposing Santa Maria del Mar church, which faces onto a beautiful square with wine and tapas bars. To the rear of the church is the area’s main street, Passeig del Born, which is lined with cosy bars and restaurants spanning a whole gamut of cuisines. On Calle Montcada, before you get to the Picasso museum, you’ll find one of Barcelona’s best cava bars, El Xampanyet. The area borders the Gothic Quarter and the port, and is a short walk from both the Cathedral and Las Ramblas.Close to El Born is the unmissable Palau de la Musica, a stunning and ornate modernist concert hall designed by Catalan architect Domenech i Montaner. To the east of the Born is the Ciutadella Park, great when you’re in need of relaxing in the shade of a tree.
Metro stations: Jaume I (L4) , the closest to the main Born area, and Arc de Triomf (L1), closer to the Ciutadella Park.
Some distances from the apartment:
Picasso Museum - 50 metres
Cathedral - 550 metres
Las Ramblas - 800 metres
Subway Station (Line 4) - 300 metres
