Description
The Banys apartment is located in the Barri Gotic in a lovely street called Banys Nous, which takes its name from the medieval public baths which stood here. Nowadays the street is home to many antique shops as well art galleries.
The apartment is only a few metres from the Cathedral and Plaza Sant Jaume and a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas.
The apartment is large and can perfectly accommodate 6 people. It features 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Also there is a little gym.

Prices
High Season ( April to October ) : from 150 to 175 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 110 to 120 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Easter and Christmas ) : from 180 to 320 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 30 euros. Children: 20 euros. Babies are free.
Prices are orientative and can depend on demand.

It is good to hear from you and hopefully you found we left the apartment in good order.
We had a great stay in Barcelona and the apartment worked out very well.
The location was excellent and there were plenty of places to visit, eat, shop, and just experience within the immediate area.
The apartment was clean and well represented on the web site. Even though it was located on a pedestrian / limited vehicle access street, the noise level in the front bedroom at night was a bit more than us country folk are use to, although we come to realize Barcelona does enjoy the late nights, and we started to likewise during our stay! We plan to come back to Barcelona again and will certainly contact Habitat Apartments again because of your prompt responses to our questions leading up to the rental, additional information about the area, and your professionalism.

Location
The Banys apartment is located in Banys Nous (New Baths), a pretty pedestrian street in the Barri Gotic.
It is just 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and a few metres from the impress gothic Cathedral and Plaza Sant Jaume, home to the 15th-century city hall.
The street contains many art galleries and antique shops while the area around the apartment, know as Call, used to be the Jewish quarter in medieval times and has some excellent restaurants and coffee bars serving local food.

- Las Ramblas - 200 metres
- Cathedral - Pl Sant Jaume - 100 metres
- Liceo Stop Subway Station Line 3 - 200 metres.
- Internet Café in the Boqueria Street (Travel Bar) - 100 metres
