This lovely apartment is housed in a fabulous 19th-century building located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. The style of the apartment is modern, with exclusive classic details. We have taken care with every detail in order to ensure our clients have the most comfortable stay possible.

Prices
High Season ( April to October ) : from 170 to 200 euros for 2 people.
Low Season ( November to March ) : from 120 to 130 euros for 2 people.
Peak dates ( Congress, Fires, Special Events, Christmas and Easter ) : from 205 to 350 euros for 2 people.
Extra Adult: 30 euros. Children: 20 euros. Babies are free.
Prices are orientative and can depend on demand.

I apologize for the delay in responding, but we only returned a few days ago and my internet service was out of order. We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona, but much too short. The apartment was as represented and worked very well for us, both as to comfort and location. We found your staff to be very accommodating, efficient, professional and responsive. We want to give an extra thank you to your office staff in being so helpful with regard to assisting my daughter to retrieve items she left in Cuenca. It is clear to me that you are successful in providing a high level of service. I would love to return to Barcelona and when we do we certainly will want to stay in "our apartment" again.

Dear Habitat Apartment Management;
We would like to share our opinion about the stay in Barcelona. When we arrived in Barcelona we only had the online pictures to go by as a description of the apartment, and once we arrived at Art 1, it looks exactly like the pictures.The apartment was clean, well stocked, and everything in working order. The convenience of the location can not be beat. It´s exactly where you want to be in the city. I would advise a traveler that wants absolute silence to not pick the location since the area off the Placa does host some taverns until early in the morning. Just on a personal note. The day we arrived, one of our bags was lost in the cab containing some family necklaces. The individual who checked us into the apartment not only took the time to show us the apartment, but called the Lost and Found department in Barcelona city hall. He helped us get in touch with the correct people and was gracious enough to not rush. We would like to send a personal thank you to him. The Habitat Apartments group was easy to reserve and exceeded our expectations.
Thank you to your team on making our stay in Barcelona one that we will not forget!
We will definitely book through Habitat for our next vacation to Barcelona.

Nous avons bénéficié d´un formidable séjour à Barcelone et, la tête de mes amis, découvrant les appartements, a directement effacé tout le travail d´organisation précédent. Ils sont incroyables et situés au coeur de la ville. Nous avons tous pris note de vos coordonnées et vous aurez sûrement bientôt de nos nouvelles. Merci à Javier (le monsieur qui est venu nous fixer la poignée de la porte de la salle de bains) pour nous avoir recommandé un surprenant restaurant à tapas. Location
The apartment, on the corner of Vidre Street and Escudellers Street offers unbeatable access to the main attractions of Barcelona. It is located in the Barri Gotic, just 50 metres from Plaza Reial, an elegant palm-shaded square, and Las Ramblas, the thriving pedestrian boulevard at the heart of the old town. The area itself is a perplexing maze of narrow alleyways and enchanting squares which has changed very little over the centuries. Normally full of life, the Barri Gotic offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops for all tastes and budgets.
