Great location, lots of space and great AC. Shower head doesn’t work properly in upright position and water is either scalding hot or cold. Iron needs to be descaled. Had to wait up to five mins more than once for Nuki to connect and to open apartment door Nuki worked fine on street. HA: Thank you very much for your comments. The apartament is very well located, 5 minutes walking from Diagonal metro station. The apartament is good, with natural light and everuthing needed. The only thing missing was a toastmaker. We liked our stay at the apartment. Here are pros and cons: Pros: 1) Excellent location 2) Good service 3) Well stocked kitchen 4) Good shower 5) Thank you for the welcome kit 6) Love the dishwasher and washing machine. Cons 1) WIFI is spotty beyond the main living room 2) Neighbors were fighting two nights in a roll. The apartment is just perfectly located in Eixample. It is rather spacious with two separate bed rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It is also well equipped. The only two things we did not appreciate that much was the lighting (one has to switch on table lamps) and the hot water regulation in the bath tub/shower: it is either too hot or too cold. We had a wonderful time in the appartment! It was very beautiful and comportable, the location was fantastic and Barcelona the mis beautiful city ! I 'm planning rent it again nex year in April ,I'm get in touch with you . I forgot a small telephone book in the first drawer of the two beds bedroom , it very important to me because I have my family's phones # I would appreciate if you can mail it to me . The apartment was pretty much just the way it was advertised and announces on the site. However, small things were annoying such as the shower changing its temperature while using it from comfortably warm to damn hot every 20 seconds and no satellite TV (our fault, since it was not mentioned in the details). All in all a very good to start exploring the city, even with kids due to the spacious apartment and good location!

Very nice appartment in an interesting area of Barcelona. Good beds and a nice and clean toilet/bathroom and kitchen. And lovely balcony towards the street.

This condo was spacious and well maintained. The master bedroom, at the back, was quiet and with good cupboard storage. The guest room, at the front, was large with two dressers. However, this room's noise level was high from the street below. The kitchen was adequately equipped. I did have to buy a few things to help with cooking, but we were there for 2 months. For short stays everything needed was there. Condo is well situated to easily get around the city.

Excellent location, all amenities nearby, accommodation luxurious, clean, spacious with tasteful decor and all mod cons that we needed. Every morning and evening we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching Barcelona life pass by. Will definitely book through Habitatapartments again. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful apartment - exactly like the photographs. Great location for metro and shopping on Las Ramlas. Good communication with the company before arrival. slight problem on arrival when the person due to meet us at the apartment was late and the 24hr emergency number went unanswered for 40mins. Very nice, good appointed, well located apartment in the centre of Barcelona, friendly service and check-in representative, no problems - I would book it everytime again!

We had a great stay in this cosy apartment, located in the lovely and central neighborhood of Eixample, where you find restraurants, bars and super markets. We stayed with our 11mths old daughter and we found everything we needed (high chair, baby bed, water boiler etc.). The apartment itself and everything else (sheets etc.) is very clean. The booking is uncomplicated and reliable and the service is great. If anything needed you can call the 24H hotline.

Lovely traditional apartment central to all the sights....the apartment was well equipped but a kettle would have been a nice touch for a cup of early morning tea.

The apartment exceeded expectations. Big clean rooms, equipped kitchen and a perfect location. We could not be happier with our stay.

Eine sehr schönes Apartment in einer tollen Umgebung. Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe sind zwei Metrostationen, mit denen man schnell durch die Stadt und zum Strand kommt.

Perfect place for some-days-stay for 2-4 persons. Nice room planning etc. Well equipped kitchen, large and clean bathroom. Balcony. Location is perfect too - lot of nice restaurants, bars, cafés around. Only problem is loud street noise in one of the bedrooms - if you are sensible to it, forget about sleeping with open window. But - it's a city. And nice one... And you always have a second bedroom, which balcony is inside of the building. I recommend!

Very spacious apartment in central location although as a result traffic noisy as on a cross roads. Very elegant buildings all around and very convenient for local supermarkets etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent. The apartment was easy to find, and we were welcomed within minutes, as arranged. Spacious, airy, very clean and well equipped wih new appliances. Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Diagonal metro which is a hub for several of the metro lines, We mostly walked, 20-30 minutes down to Place Catalunya and the Rambla, about the same to Sagrada de Familia, or north into Garcia and the Parc Guell. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Really happy!

Fabulous apartment. Great neighbourhood. Live like a local, away from the all the touristy traps. Had a problem with the first apartment booked, and they managed to get us a replacement in a much nicer neighbourhood. So glad that we didn't stay in the Ramblas area, and stayed here instead.

This apartment is exactly as shown on the website, if a little bigger than I expected it to be! The location is great, loads of little 24 hour supermarkets nearby, as well as lovely bars and restaurants. It's a 2 minute walk from Diagonal metro, and really easy to get to from the airport via train/metro (probably took about 35 minutes and very cheap). Beds very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Nice comfortable place. The wifi is not good as doesn't reach living room, needs improved.

A lovely apartment, traditional town house, nice area, beautifully furnished, fantastic beds! Plenty of choice of restaurants, small 24-hour supermarkets etc, and transport links were only 5 minutes away. On the downside, the kettle was tiny, there was no plug for the kitchen sink. Could do with a mirror in the front bedroom and another over the bathroom drawers. There was a lot of banging of waste recycling bins between 10pm and midnight each night out front. Overall a nice apartment however.

Had great stay in this apartment. It is a in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance and for shopping, Passieg de Gracia is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself is exactly as it appears in the photos. Generally it is well equipped and up to a high standard. The WiFi was the only thing that let the apartment down as you can only connect to it in the dining room & kitchen. Overall, a great apartment & would definitely stay there again.
