We booked the apartment because we had booked previously in this building with Habitat . We loved the location which was our prime reason for this booking. The people at Habitat were professional, attentive and responded promptly to all issues during our month stay. Location and people receive a 10. However the apartment had issues. Hot water regulation, washing machine issues, bed issues and noise. Bedding could be updated as well as washing machine, and loud crowds exiting clubs all night.

Bel appartement, bien décoré, très propre. Bien localisé, près de la station de métro Diagonal, et dans un beau secteur de la ville. La rue est un peu bruyante. Habitat s’occupe bien des locataires et sont très disponibles.

Muy lindo departamento, amplio. Súper cómodo para 5 personas! Ampliamente recomendable. Muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy linda y segura para caminar a cualquier hora.

The apartment was really above our expectations , 2 large bed rooms , nice living room with big TV and Sofa bed , Fully equipped kitchen and dining room , large Bathroom
location is ok , about 400 meters from Metro station
lot of supermarkets and coffee shops around

The apartment is in a very good location, not far from the metro station and even closer to the bus station so it is easy to sightsee the city. It is very nicely decorated, all rooms, bedrooms and living room have a balcony. The representative who welcomed us, Nuria, is a very friendly and professional person. We had a great week in Barcelona. Our apartment was spacious and clean with GREAT air conditioning. The bedroom in the front faces the street and can be noisy, so if you are a light sleeper chose the back bedroom. For us, Eixample is the best neighbourhood in Barcelona. Easy access to the metro, lots of cafes and markets to chose from. It is close to the end of Las Ramblas with lots of great shopping within 5 mins. of walking. We look forward to our next visit!-

The flat is very nice, and it's situated in a beautiful area of Barcelona. There is some traffic noise in the front bedroom, but the bedroom in the back is very quiet.The flat was very clean, except there was quite a bit of dust acumulated under the beds; the cleaning staff should advised. - Habitat Reply:

A great space in a lovely area. Everyone is friendly. There are a few things that need attending to to make it better still. We think there needs some information regarding the shower. It was difficult to get hot water through to the shower. The tiles need cleaning in the shower area. Instructions for the washing machine too. A rug and cushions in the sitting area would be cheery and the welcome pack is ok but needs two more of tea bags and coffee please

Great location, quaint clean apartment with lots of space. Fabulous balconies overlooking a beautiful street corner.
Good kitchen and appliances, safe available for money and jewelry. Overall had a great stay.

Die Wohnung entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr schön, groß, gut ausgestattet, und sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Sie liegt sehr zentral.
Freundliche und rasche Abwicklung bei der Schlüsselübergabe.

This apartment is in a beautiful area with easy access to all the highlights. One bedroom and the lounge (sofa bed) are noisy throughout the night because of the road outside.
Although the apartment is large and spacious the bathroom has only 2 rails for towels; thus leading me to the shower.
The shower head is housed in a makeshift bracket that falls out, sprays outside the tub, or sprays into the opposite wall.
Otherwise. My adult daughter and I enjoyed our Christmas at Habibtat.

We had a nice time here. Everything that we needed was inside. Enough place for 4 persons. The way to all attractions was short. 15 minutes to go to La Rambla Gor example. Bus and Metro near by.

Clean, comfortable and well located apartment. Main bedroom a bit noisy so if you are a light sleeper probably not the ideal apartment for you. Apartment is on second floor with the recycle bins outside thus it was quite noisy. Well located for restaurants and shopping in nearby avenue diagonal.

This is a beautiful elegant apartment. We enjoyed coming back each day after sightseeing. However, we found there was a bare minimum of furnishings. We only had a few thin towels, not that much in the kitchen drawers and no salt & pepper, sugar, oil etc that is usually left in a holiday rental to use. With all that said, we would still return to stay here again.

Massive apartment, high ceilings and spatious.
Balcony is great, lots of very nice, boutique restraunts near by.
All positives, though more towels would be great. Some of the rooms are pretty dark.

Very good organized clean cool and big house. Missed the beautiful Colored carpet immediatly coming in the living room, so sorry it was not there. You should put it back!
Carrer de corsega is quote noisy so we could not open the balconydoors at street side. (Balcony in the back is not noisy at all.)
Near center is An easy walk along the enric granados
TV set only spanish spoken; because of international visitors better some english, german and french.

The place is really big and clean, but the inner decoration is a bit gloomy and not very cosy.
The rooms as well as the bathroom were really nice
Kitchen was really basic and not really welcoming, as well as the dining room
Not exactly loyal to the images that appear on the site

Disappointed when first got to the apartment,not very clean,lack of extra towels and bath mat,floor very dusty and flat a little dark.However Veronica was very quick in responding to my request by arranging another cleaning of the flat,change of linen and provision of extra towels.Overall,my family and I enjoyed our stay,the location is very convenient,close to everything.
However,a little overpriced,could do with extra cleaning service during the stay.

Eine schöne, weitläufige und ruhige Wohnung, wie auch schon auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ordentlich, sauber und es gibt warmes, heißes! Wasser im Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell bei einer zentralen Metrostation - will aber gar nicht aus der Gegend weg. Gegenüber ein fantastisches Fischgeschäft, eine nette Bar, ein Gemüseladen, Supermarkt (auch ein Bio-) alles da, was für die Selbstversorgung nötig ist. Nette Begrüßung vor Ort.

Realistic photos - traditional building, tall windows with shutters, high ceilings, spacious. Air con in sitting room and both bedrooms. Loads of cupboard space. Useful safe. Little balconies front and back to sit outside. Good range of kitchen utensils. Mixer tap at shower difficult to control. Small access to bath - may be difficult for some people to climb in/out. Street noise - bottle recycling and traffic, but not constant. Cigarette smoke from neighbouring apartment.

Our usual apartment in El Born was not available so we stayed near Diagonal and explored some of the restaurants and cocktail bars such as \'Dry Martini\'. The apartment is a 20/25 min uphill walk from Plaza Catalunya, so best to get the metro or train. The apartment itself is really nice, we had breakfast on the balcony each morning. There was an issue with the shower, which was fixed. There was a lot of noise from the street on Friday & Saturday nights. / Habitat comments: Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the noise, and hope it was not too disturbing.

It was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and quiet. We were greeted by Ramon. He accommodated our late arrival and was very attentive to our needs. The apartment has a balcony where you can find a table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your coffee and toast in the morning. l also liked the location a lot: lots cafes and restaurants and famous La Rambla minutes away. I cant wait to return to Barcelona in the near future!
