Alibea's apartment 1 best years are behind you, the floor in the apartment needs to be replaced, household appliances in the kitchen are also old, but they worked flawlessly. When we entered the apartment was clean, smelling fresh linen and a large number of towels is a plus. Great view from the window and lolization, for 7 days in the apartment we paid 1366 euros (booking via Booking.com) I think it's a good price in relation to the quality. We had a good experience! Nothing bad about it. Fantastically located spacious apartment. Perfect for a few days in Barcelona.

Excellent location. Spacious and well equipped, clean. Nice feel to the apartment. Very easy access to metro, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Some internal noise from other apartments in block but not too intrusive. External noise from street in front bedroom which would have disturbed our sleep as we are used to sleeping in a very quiet bedroom at home. Fortunately able to move into the middle bedroom as only 3 in our party. Shower room needs the shower head sorting out.

This is a fabulous apartment. Great location! It's spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. The main bedroom is large. There is a door to the living area to separate it from two of the bedrooms, which is handy if someone is staying up late. We found only one issue, and that is that one of the keys to the front door was cut poorly and made it difficult to use--perhaps a new key be made. Be sure to get a lesson on how to open the front door.

Very nice appartment, spacious, quiet and well located. I recommend.

Lovely view out the window in the small room off the living room, lots of light and air. We ate breakfast there every morning. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The only request would be to have a full length mirror or more mirrors in general. Also the electric lighting was a bit dim. Great location for us - we walked everywhere. Two couples shared this apartment easily.

A nice apartment in a great location - the photos are very accurate. A couple of minor niggles stops us giving higher marks: no DVD player as advertised (would have been handy with a toddler in tow), the wi-fi service was very patchy, and despite good communication backwards and forwards about a faulty shower head in one bathroom, the promised maintenance visit never happened. Otherwise no complaints, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment with very good aircondition. Bakery on the corner. A little walk (10-20 min) from the beach, the old city and shopping streets. We walked and took a taxi when needed. Metro is near too. We har a nice time here. BUT the lady we spoke to on the phone to inform about our delayed plane and lugage was not very nice. So we are glad we met a very nice taxidriver who helped us with everything. The lady who met us when we arrived was very nice. And we arrived 0040

We had two issues: 1) water heater small, so potential cold showers 2) dryer did not dry clothes, so we had to air dry Location was good. We walked less than mile to Placa De Catalunya. This was the heart of Barcelona. Room had plenty of space with 2 bathrooms. Ramon was very helpful to provide insights and locations to visit. Nice big apartment, clean and spacious. The welcome by Alex was very good. She gave good advice and was very helpfull. Also we could leave our luggage in the aparment the day of return. The restaurant close by: Else & Fred is very good, make reservations. Only small remark is the capacity of the boiler with 5 person is a little small. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much

As a whole we loved the apartment, it felt roomy and comfortable with 4 adults and 2 children staying for 2 weeks. The street was fairly quiet, the apartment is literally 2 min's away from Arc de Triomf & short walking distance from the centre. The service from Habitat was superb, the check-in rep was very knowledgable and gave us plenty of advice on traveling around, sights, attractions to visit with the kids, and even supermarkets. They are very quick to respond to any questions and v helpful.

Great apartment, clean & near metro on Line 1 which is convenient to access key places. Quiet area hence dinner options were fewer nearby. Very friendly & helpful representative who ensured that the heater was working. Was also able to provide information abt Barcelona where needed. However the hot water supply could have been better and more consistent as it turned cold very quickly. Dry heater in bathroom was great, so was wi-fi speed and international TV channels. The apartment was lovely and in the perfect area, just round the corner from The Arc d'Triomph. There's a Supermarket right across the street and a lovely bakery just around the corner on the right. Everyone was very helpful. The only slight problem is the smallness of the boiler, which doesn't really have enough hot water, but we worked around it. **Thank you for your comments. We had an excellent stay in Alibei 1 and the accommodation was very comfortable for the three of us and our elderly mother. The apartment was well situated in a quiet residential area, yet a short taxi ride to major tourist attractions.

We really loved the apartment. For first time visitors to barcelona, it was a central place in the city near to all amenities. The apartment was very clean with lots of room for four to six people.

Apartment was great for us --3 adults & 2 teenagers. The décor was lovely, and we had a nice balcony view. The appliances worked and we appreciated the binder with useful information including restaurant recommendations. My two suggestions are to install a brighter light in the dining area, and provide firmer mattresses in kid's bedroom. Apt. was located near a metro, food stores, and eating places. Being closer to El Born would be nice, but likely less space and more costly.

Very good apartment overall. A bit dark sitting room in the evening - clearly needs more light. We moved two table lamps from bedrooms and even that was not enough. Bedrooms are very dark during the day. Otherwise everything is just perfect. Location is outstanding, especially for those not interested in the nightlife of the noisy streets.

The Apartment was suitable for our needs. We liked it. However, I have one big problem with your information. You say not to come by bus from the airport - yet the bus is the best way to your apartments - i think you need to change that on your information. If we had taken the bus - we would have been at the apartment 30 minutes after landing. As we followed your instructions to take the train - we were late - the train is a terrible way to get to your apartments - please change this advice.

It was a very nice apartment. I will certainly check the offers of Hapitat Apartments again for my next stay in Barcelona.

Apartment was very good, centrally located, quiet and well maintained. The 2 smaller bedrooms are very dark with minimal natural light but this is just a personal observation, I like rooms with natural light! Otherwise I would recommend this apartment, good for families with children as there are single beds in the second bedroom which was great.

Great service greeted on time and showed around, all requests catered for (cot and highchair). Spacious living area with great inside balcony which we used over the sofa, great if there are a few adults. Fully functional kitchen though on the small side, galley style so narrow. Beautiful bathrooms one particularly large bedroom. Great location close to the born area, the parc and the metro at the arc de triomphe so access everywhere is easy. Lovely safe area nice wide streets great for prams!

The apartment is perfectly located next to Arc de Triomf. There are lots of shops and restaurants in this area. A bakery is just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is a wonderful experience to stay here. It is very comfortable and clean apartment. All kitchen equipment are almost brand-new, clean and enough for a family of two kids. When you enter the apartment, you smell a decent aroma. In all bathrooms there are aromatic scents. The administrators are kind, smiling and helper.

A very comfortable apartment for three single women. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice apartment in great area. Very clean and well maintained. Some lights didn't work (bulbs needed to be replaced) but overall, great apartment and great value.

We had an excellent stay at the Alibei 1, travelling with 4 adults and 2 children (2 and 4) and the apartment was perfect for kids - renovated, clean, room to play, a crib, a high chair, 2 bathrooms. Location was amazing - 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the large park, and a playground right outside. Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants close by and a short walk to funky bars. Friendly staff and we had no problems during the week. We would highly recommend Alibei 1.

A truly lovely flat in a good location. Modern, clean, light and bright. A very nice place to spend a weekend.

Booking the apartment was easy. Location (Alibei St) was great, right near the Spanish Arc del Triomf. Metro Station within a block, busy area but not too loud. The apartment was nice, could have used more light though. The main bedroom was very comfortable. The remaining 2 bedrooms a bit small and lacked natural light. The bathrooms (2) were fine.

This is a nice apartment in a nice residential location, but is still within easy access to the major attractions in Barcelona, by foot and public transport.

This apartment was all it promised on the website.For 6 adults the apartment size gave us the room we needed. The location excellant in respect to Metro and inner city sights. We could walk to almost all the areas we needed to go to. Although there are some roadworks on Saint Joan these did not disturb and we all slept well each night. I was very happy to stumble across habitatapartments. We also used theie transport company Deluxe Cars for airport transfer. Again excellant service. We loved our stay in Barcelona very much. Booths, Sheehys and Meades.

Overall, very good location. The coffee maker was a bit small, & toaster was only for thin bread. The washing machine was good to have. Overall we had a very nice pleasant stay in Barcelona, we were thrilled!

Alibei 1 was located as promised in the middle of everything! We absolutely loved our location and stay. The Arc de Triof was a block from us and there were many Metro stations nearby. It turns out with a little planning, most everything we did was walkable.

The apartment in Ali Bei was nice, big, friendly and very clean. Beds were perfect. Bedlinen white and perfect. Beautiful bed- and bathrooms. We were welcomed by a Laura, who was exactly in time and very friendly. From the house were reasonable bus- and metro connections to the innercentre of town. Walking to the centre takes about 20-25 min. and taxi's in Barcelona are cheap. We were handed a special guide offering good information about the appartment and surroundings. We enjoyed our 10 days stay very much. Absolute everything we needed we could find in the apartment, even things we didn't expect (tabs for the dishwasher, clean hand soap in bathrooms, hairdryer, some basic store of tea,coffee, salt, pepper, pasta.) What we liked the very best was the service we got from the first till the last day. When we phoned the Habitat-number because of some technical problem in the bathroom, in no time a young and friendly technician was send, called David. Clearly a professional, regarding his focused questions, intelligent listening, summarizing our answers, analyzing wat was wrong and the way he quickly fixed the problem, without using many words. To avoid loosing his expensive time by going back to get a special needed device, he was so inventive to ask a plastic bottle and a sharp knife from our kitchen and creatively constructed the necessary untensil himself. Within no time he fixed what had to be fixed. After having perfectly cleaned the bathroom floor he wished us a very happy continuation of our holliday in this nice Habitat-appartment ! We assume professionals of this kind aren't easy to find in our country. We should appreciate it when you let your technicial man read this review. For us in all his modesty he was realising some 'Golden Standard of Habitat Service'.. Thanks to David, Laura, Nicola, Valerie and all the workers of Habitat: we will surely recommend you.
