This apartment was in the perfect location, near to the main areas in the city, near to restaurants. #The beds were very comfortable and it met out needs very well. We very much enjoyed our stay. Alejandro checked us in to the apartment and was very informative. He offered suggestions of things to do in the Madrid and gave us instructions of the apartment. We found that the location was ideal, close to several tourist sites and close to a Metro stop. Our only negative comment was the poor air conditioning, the unit in the apartment did not work well and the apartment stayed warm during our stay in July. Stayed in Madrid this week, for 4 days, the weather was great, beating the british downpour of a summer we are having at the moment. From the outset the oems was good, when we arrived our rep met us at the apartment, everything explained very well, the apartment was very modern clean and tidy. The apartament is very nice, everything new and comfortable. However the bathroom stinks (pipes) and that makes the room smelly.- Habitat Apartments reply: We are glad to know that you liked the stay in our apartments, since the problem of bad smell was solved immediately, we are waiting for you in your next visit.

Very friendly check in staff. Happy to give us directions when we were lost on the first day trying to find the apartments. The apartments are in a superb location, 10 seconds off the Gran Via. Some parts of the modern furniture are looking a little tired but apart from that a very pleasant stay and would recommend.
