Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Casp apartment. It was comfortable and adequately furnished and in an ideal location-- just outside the city centre. All three of us really loved the city and people of Barcelona. thank you.

The location of this apartment was great. The beds were comfortable.One of the bedroom air conditioning units was noisy and made a sound like there was an alarm going off. One of the toilet seats had a rusty hinge and should be replaced. Showers were not real desirable. The tub shower had mold on the tile grout and one shower was so small that you would hit your elbows on it. The rest of the apartment was clean. It was nice to have a washer/dryer unit.

All in all it served our needs. The apartment had hairs on
the floors, that I scooped up. Pictures on the internet are a little deceiving. The apartment was good, but pics make it appear larger. Upon arrival, we could not use bathrooms as they were being worked on....but after the bathrooms worked fine. The towels were enough, but when we washed them the dryer would not dry them but we hung them outside. Again, it definitely fit our needs.

Lovely apartment, good location. Fantastic welcome when we arrived (four hours delayed, and tired), with advice on local markets and restaurants etc.
Everything you could need provided - including nespresso machine and good wifi!

Good apartment. Spacious, clean, safe. Decent location for walking and Metro station around the corner and large supermarket one block away. Habitat recommended to us (and transported us to) after our initial choice was not at all as advertised.
Our initial apartment turned out to be Habitat managed but not owned.

This rental is in an excellent location and worked well for two couples and a single. Bsthrooms were accessed from the hallway making it easier to share. One of them has a very tiny shower. The bedrooms were good sized and the two in front had small balconies with a view of the neighborhood. Back bedroom was quiet. The living room seating could be a wee more comfortable but was fine. And the kitchen with a washer and dryer was terrific. Our one request to management was handled speedily.

We had a great time at the apartment. The quality and standard was up to our standard. We also got an additional cleaning service done and we were very well satisfied by it. Also, the location is okay, quite convenient and too far from the metro.

Le confort de la pièce de vie est vraiment minimaliste quand on est 7 dans l\'appartement.
La cuisine est peu équipée en vaisselle pour une famille nombreuse.
Pour le reste c\'était top.

All good but: 1. shower/bath problems (it was a chalange for us to adjust a constant flow of normal temperature water (water was switching independantly from cold to hot and vice versa) especially it was quite a thing when washin the baby) ; 2. Washing machine worked very bad = after washing things still stayed half dirty; 3. No dishwasher (though it is not a problem but with a big family it is better to have one). // HABITAT COMMENTS: We are sorry about the dishwasher and shower problems, and will take a look it this to solve it. Thank you for informing us.

Overall, we loved the apartment. The size was perfect for me, my wife, and our 2 adult sons. The street was quiet, but in a very good location and allowed us to walk everywhere (although I should add that we are all love to walk miles throughout the city every day). The AC and appliances worked very well, although we never cooked in the apartment. The only minor issue is that one shower is very small and the other bathtub/shower handheld nozzle holder was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Habitat comments: Thank you for your review, we have repaired the handheld.

We stayed here as two 30+ oouples with a baby. The apartment was nice overall. Quiet, residential building with a good location, nicely furnished, decent amenities. It was a little smaller and older than it looks in the photos and a bit dirtier than we expected, but nothing major to complain about. The welcome lady was friendly and on time.It was a nice experience and would stay there again.

The appartement is very nice
and very good location.
The bathrooms were not clean
enough. The equipment in the kitchen can be better.

very clean and great location. Very organized packet.
Clothes dryer did not work well, and we did not find clothes pins (or enough).
Not enough toilet paper was supplied. Also we did not find laundry detergent.
In general we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic location to walk to lots of attractions and the tourist bus. The hot water service was a little slow to start which made showers interesting!

We had high hopes for the Casp apartment, and all of our expectations were exceeded. Habitat was wonderful to work with, the apartment was every bit as wonderful as the pictures, and we have nothing but positive things to say -- would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The apartment was the second Habitat Apartment we rented in on our recent trip to Spain (Jul-Aug 2011). Both this apartment and the Madrid apartment were perfect. Great location, clean, & safe. We were able to walk everwhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend to anyone. The people that we met and worked with were very professional and helpful.

Nice apartment! Big rooms with good aircondition and a comfertable bed. Mabye a bit to little closetspace for two people with alot of luggage.
The kitchen was very nice, but it would be great to have some more kitchen equipment! The commonroom was nice aswell, but a few more places to sit would be appreciated. The two bathrooms were of good quality, but also were it would be great to have a place to hang our wet towels and clothes, so they could dry. The line outside the window didn`t have clothing pegs, so I lost two tshirts!! ...But all in all it was a good apartment in the heart of Barcelona, and we are really satisfied with this trip. Thank you.

Excellent appartment which our family really enjoyed. Perfect location with many sights and great restrauants within walking distance. Metro 2 mins from appt which made sight seeing really easy. Would definately recommend it for any couple or family as the three double bedrooms were perfect

beatiful apartment with all modern facilities, enjoyed my stay. We would have appreciated heavier or blackout curtins on window in bedroom.Will recommend your company to my friends if they are booking an apartment.

It was a pleasure to be here. For people, sitting in a wheelchair it is not possible to use the elevator, the door is too small, you can not use the bathroom, the same reason, and you can\'t use the shower. I use a walking assistance so it was possible for me.

We were very pleased with the Casp apartment. It was clean and centrally located. The only minor problem was a broken shower attachment which has probably been fixed by now.

Overall our experience in Bareclona was very positive. The apartment was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The living space is smaller than we thought. The location was good and the area very pleasant.

Apartment is in a great location on a quiet street but very close to the Metro and also close enough to walk to a lot of the major attractions like La Ramblas, the beach or Sagrada Familia. Apartment is a good size, nice and comfy and suitable for families. We had a couple of issues but Habitat made the effort to sort them out for us.
