Modern and comfortable, the apartment is an ideal option for a couple visiting Rome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect: few steps from the Vatican and Rome's best shopping streets and a peaceful stroll to other sites. Everything was clean, comfortable. All the comforts of home.

Fully furnished studio apartment with small kitchen, comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and wifi. Owner was very nice and helpful. Location is great, 5 minutes from the metro or from the Vatican, also very safe.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
