Description

Located in a wonderful position, few steps to St. Peter Cathedral and Vatican Museums, and walking distance to Pantheon and Trastevere, this lovely apartment will surprise you with its incredible terrace: at the 7th floor, panoramic view from here is amazing, especially for Castel Sant'Angelo just in front.

The apartments is finely furnished, with stylish details and an elegant touch. In the large dining room, with sofa bed,  you will also find a piano and the access to the terrace. There is 1 bedroom with bathroom close by and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry room.

The apartment was located very well...easy access to everything. Of course, we rented a scooter, so everything is easy access...I can't speak to public transport. The apartment was also in a very nice area...couple streets over from very nice shopping. And the balcony is fabulous! Great views of St. Peter's dome and the castle st. Angelo. The apartment was pretty well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The only bad things were 1) no wireless and 2) no shower water pressure whatsoever. Habitat apartments: Thank you for your comment, we'll take a look at the WIFI and the water pressure in the shower and then we'll fix it.

8.3 Drew Hofler - 

The apartment was immaculate, well presented and stylish. It was equipped with everything we required and had great views over to St Peters which was fantastic in the evening to sit and relax enjoying a chilled beer on the balcony. We would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of going to Rome.

9.5 Scotland - 

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
