The building is newly reformed, composed by suites and cozy apartments all decorated with a vintage style. The penthouse apartment is on the top of the building and comes with comfortable private balcony and has a large private terrace accessible from the balcony, you will have the whole city view.
The apartment contains everything that you need to have a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Additional Information:
- Cancellations over 30 days before arrival we will refund the prepayment minus a non refundable fee of 92.25 euro + Administrative fee

Lovely apartment with an amazing roof terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean and well stocked. There was a slight issue with the shower not draining which we reported when we left and the staff said they would sort out. The roof terrace more than made up for any issues though, with great views and privacy. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and lovely Rambla de Poble Nou and 15-20 minutes walk from the old town. Metro nearby.

9.2 Claire - 

The neighbourhood is not very beautiful, but the penthouse is close to the beach and the lovely Rambla de Poble Nou with lots of nice restaurants and shops. So a good location if you don't want to be in the very touristic centre of Barcelona. The appartement is perfect, very nice decorated and with all the luxury you need. Especially the roof terrace is great, with a view over the sea and the city. The elevator wasn't working yet, so it was a heavy work-out to get there. But it was definitely worth the effort!

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 85 €.
Check-out : Before 10:30
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
Booking fee : A non-refundable 12.39 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs. Tourism license number : HUTB-002344
