Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 1500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 13:00

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
For check-in on Sunday there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

La Rambla is a street in central Barcelona which is popular with tourists and locals alike. It stretches for 1.2 kilometres connecting Plaça de Catalunya in the centre with the Christopher Columbus Monument at Port Vell.

La Rambla forms the boundary between the beautiful quarters Barri Gòtic and El Raval. La Rambla can be crowded, especially during the height of the tourist season. Its popularity with tourists has affected the character of the street, with a move to pavement cafés and souvenir kiosks.

Strolling along La Rambla you can see historic buildings as the Palace of the Virreina and the famous Liceu Theatre, in which operas and ballets are staged. Nearby you can visit La Boqueria market, one of the city's foremost tourist landmarks selling a very diverse selection of foods.

From the apartment there is easy access to the metro and bus at Plaza Universidad.
