This lovely apartment is located on the fourth floor of a new emblematic building. In the building there are 2 pools and a spectacular sea view from the rooftop terrace.

The building is facing the sea and the beaches on one side and the city centre on the other side. The apartment has been decorated with design furniture and love for details. It comes with all the facilities and amenities you might need.

Perfect location, close to the sea, shops, restaurants, metro station...but still quiet. The equipment of the apartment was also great, particularly the kitchen. Perfect choice for families with children or anyone. I can fully recommend.

Het uitzicht vanaf het dak waar het zwembad zich bevind is fantastisch. Het complex ligt vlakbij zee en het centrum is makkelijk bereikbaar per fiets.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 20:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 85 €.
Check-out : From 08:00 to 10:30
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Early check-out is possible from 08:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
Booking fee : A non-refundable 12.39 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs. Tourism license number : HUTB-005632
