A lovely apartment, great location and really clean, we would definitely stay here again. We travelled as a family with a 3 and 5 year old, and there was plenty of space and a lot within walking distance. Ideal!

Gotic 43 is in a block of apartments managed by BCNGotic.com. The building is on one of the best streets in El Born - safe, clean, and lively - close to everything. The flat was spotless with good amenities-but no oven. The air conditioning was a huge plus. Note that habitat apartments does not handle the check in - you must make separate arrangements via phone with BCNGotic, which was inconvenient. We also had to wait for 2 hrs past our check in time because of late cleaning.

I just left the apartment and I really want to be back! I felt like home and I'll be back for sure whenever I'll be able to come back to Barcelona. The location is great as it's 30 seconds from the metro and really close to barceloneta, plaza catalunya and the gothic. It's situated in the born which is very good as there are very good shops and restaurants and the rabla are 8 minutes walking. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you can need.

L'appartamento è composto di una camera matrimoniale, due camerette, una sala con angolo cottura e un bagno. Ben dotata di tutto ciò che serve per vivere una bella esperienza, pulitissimo, rifinito con cura e gusto. La conduzione è curata da giovani ragazzi sempre disponibili. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Mi marido y yo pasamos una semana en el apartamento 43 y me pareció que estaba perfectamente situado y impecable -- recomendamos encarecidamente esta unidad.Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y nuestro apartamento estaba listo y Mar nos registraron enseguida. El apartamento parece que ha sido completamente renovado muy recientemente-- es muy moderno, limpio y funcional. Hay dos pequeñas terrazas con vistas Carrer de Argenteria, uno en el dormitorio en la parte delantera y otra en la sala de estar. Dormimos en el dormitorio en la parte delantera y no nos molestó el ruido de la calle (más ruido venía de dentro del edificio-- la puerta se cierra y se puede oír cuatro pisos de altura). El cuarto de baño era pequeño pero funcional para dos personas. Cocinamos una noche en la cocina y nos pareció que estaba equipada con todas las herramientas necesarias, para hacer una comida sencilla

A nice apartment which was absolutely appropriate for the short stay for our family of four and gave a very easy access both to the great and lively area of Born and the rest of Barcelona attractions. Mar, HA representative on site, was very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant experience and Habitat Apartments will surely be on my mind when I decide to look for holiday accommodation in one of the cities that you cover.

Well equipped apartment. Decoration a bit plain, but great location - we could explore Barcelona on foot as we could walk to many places. Habitat apartments very helpful & friendly throughout booking process.
